Height: 5’11''
Current Weight: 181
Body Fat %: 9.5%-10.%

BB Goals Short-term: I'm looking to put on muscle, increase strength, and with minimal fat gains. Ideally, in 90 days I'd like to reach 190lbs, with 0 fat gains. I prefer to do a very very clean, slow bulk.
BB Goals Long-term: Eventually I'd like to hit 200-210lbs, with 9%-10% BF. However, I always wanted to be 165, then 170, and now I'm 180...so who's to say Ill stop at 205
Supplements I currently take:
- Dymatize WPI (Cafe Mochae / Butter Cream Toffee)
- Universal Storm / GreenMAG
- 5-Tetra (3caps pre W/O)
- Bulk GMS
- SteelEdge
- IntraXCell
- Milk Protein Isolate (pre-bed)
- NOW Omega-3
- Vitamin C (500mg)
- 8-Beta Anabol (current BCAA blend)
- Bulk Leucine
Scripted Meds: Anaprox (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory), I only use this on a pain-dependent basis, and with that said I can't remember the last time I needed it. So I see no reason while I'll need it in the future in case you're worried.
Injuries, Medical complications: Last September, I tore my ACL, and additionally the lateral capsule was blown out. All the tendons ripped off the fibula, nerve was shot, etc. So they screwed an achilles cadaver onto the bone, reconstructed the ACL, and I've been in rehab since. About 6 weeks ago, I had a 2nd surgery. This was a 1 hour scope, to get out excessive scar tissue that was holding me back from any further progression. Things have been going very smoothly since, and I am now working on things like seated quad extensions, ham curls, standing lunges. This will be another area, that I will be watching for improvements if I do win. My legs have some serious muscle to gain back, and I feel the results will be very noticeable.
Bodybuilding history (began, any other info): I began lifting when I was about 12 years old. Parents bought me the weights in the basement, although now looking back I always question if it was really "lifting." Since then, I've learned the importance of compound movements, negatives, no momentum, mind-muscle connection, and many other important factors that play a role in
smart training. After my surgeries, I lost about 40lbs or so, going from 180 to 140. I began lifting this past January at around 145lbs, and I have now gotten back up to 180 with maybe 2-4lbs of fat.
Current BB Routine (weights): I do a 1on, 1off routine for now until I can do a full schedule incorporating leg movements (squats), and heavy posterior chain movements (deadlifts). However, my legs do get workout in therapy, as I mentioned. So for now it is 3 days a week at rehab, and the other two days consist of:
Chest, Tri, Delts, Abs
Back, Bi, Rear Delts, Traps
Current Cardio Routine (type/intensity): I wish :whiner:
Can Post Pictures Before/After?: I'd be more than willing to post before, and after pictures.
Diet: I'd also like to add diet to this application, not sure I saw it in others but I'm sure you'd like to know I'm extremely strict with mine. Low sugar/fat intake, with the majority of my carbs coming from pasta and oats, fats from PB/Extra virgin olive oil, and my protein from lean meats, chicken, fish, and protein supplementation.
Other Logs (post links): Here is a link to my E-Bol log:

Other info: Well, since experiencing the injury weight lifting has been my saving grace. It has managed to keep me sane, when all my other sports were stripped away from me. I ended up going from D1 soccer to now rehabbing on a D3 soccer roster. I am unsure as of now whether or not I will be playing soccer in college, but I do know until I get there I'm going to lift as hard and as heavy as possible

I never miss a workout, and when I am in the gym I don't play games. People may think I come off as an as$hole, but I don't go to the gym to socialize, start off with silly isolation work, or tickle my pickle. When I get to the gym, I am ready to do work. So if you pick me, expect your product to be tested to the max.
