It is just that potent to require a large dose of carbs. I would recommend AP for the other meals and save the Pslin for preworkout or first meal on non training days.
Only thing i dont understand is why you dont dose it POST workout considering thats when people dose a lotta carbs and want it all in there for nutrition n so forth.. Any idea on this as to why pre is better then post? Thanks guys.
this thread has been dead for a while, but if you didn't find an answer yet, it is because p-slin is supposed to keep working through your post workout meal so you get the benefits from it in the pre and post workout meals...hope that helps
