Nice, I've been agonizing over this for three hours, countless sheets of notepaper, and you'll probably get it the 'hi jizzle'.

1) it's not a simple shift of one letter to the left or right on the keyboard.

2) you can't use the position in the alphabet of the second line to index into the first line

3) a simple shift in the alphabet of the first line also doesn't make sense

4) sounding it out also sucks

The letter patterns fit, but they are perplexing to say the least. I thought I had the first batch done, but when I tried to apply the same theory to the second batch it fell to pieces. Glad to know someone else is still looking at this though, it's driving me nuts.

yeah, I noticed some patterns, but what to do with it could be anything

Based on punctuation/spaces, either a bunch of the letters get dropped, or the substitution includes those characters as well. The problem is that there is no letter that would be reasonable to replace with a blank space, so i'm assuming that you have to drop some letters
 
Approaching it with"Word scramble technique" is a mistake gentlemen.... and a waste of your time.

Oh, waste of ammo I stated earlier was a reference to the "You could be mine" video where Terminator says, "Waste of Ammo"
