I worked at hoffman la roche's vitamin product r&d lab in the 80s, and got to work on those sunkist rolls (like lifesavers if you remember them) so I know the value of light dose c every 1 to 1.5 hrs, and the osteobolin-c fits that almost perfectly

Hey guys i am back! Had to run out and grab some Omega 3 eggs, I teamed up with Dave Palumbo to do my contest prep and these eggs are a staple in the diet!

Geez! You have to sell your soul to afford those eggs? lol I go through eggs so fast I'd have to work full time just to eat the omega 3 ones.

It is a pain to peel a dozen eggs!!! But still...EASY ;)
 
I think its only 50-80 cents more for the dozen that way, thats why I like it. its way more hassle for me to deal with it, and that way I not only have them there for impulse egg eats, but also I have to finish them by their short expiration date, so i'm taking in more egg protein that way

We had a preliminary scavenger hunt, but that's over.

Not sure when the real contest is gonna start, but we are almost at 1000 (just like me...did I mention I passed 1000 posts??? ;))
