do you ahve any other bottles of TST? any point in hanging onto 24 pills? why not run that solo till its out? i just didnt see the neccesity for the addition of phera, specially for only a weeks worth.

dude thats too funny considering i just had my boy circumcised bout a week ago... they use a local and i was just thinking when i saw thm shooting the base of his lil guy how well that would work for an injection site and whoe be crazy enough to try.

Cardio was a little rough this morning. The guy in the elliptical next to me decided it was necessary to marinate himself in aqua velva before going to the gym. It took a lot of purseverance, but I managed to keep at it for 20 minutes. After that, I hit up my recently repaired jumprope (paperclips work wonders).

I received my test bottles of Cissusdrol in the mail today. I've decided to take the Cissusdrol in replace of ALRI's Restore.


Now I'm off to go play some "Wall Ball", the lacrosse equivalent to masturbation.

Whew, first IM injection ever! I was so nervous, I could barely hold the needle straight. Aspirated. No blood, pushed down, injected smack dab in the middle of my quads.

29g, 1inch? shouldn't hurt any more then a light pinch.

The only problems I've ever had were my triceps. They always seemed to bleed some for some reason.

1/2" slin pin, if I hadn't watched the needle stick thru my leg, I would've never known it was in. I have some 29's on hand, should I use them instead for IGF?

I am afraid I disagree. Although I prefer a 1" pin, a 1/2" is certainly do-able. I have used 1/2" for suspension without issue.

Unless you are a fatty, which Sinner certainly is not.

That may be another story. I don't pin quads. I was thinking delt, bi, pec, lat & tri.
 
I can see pinning those with a 1/2inch pin, but i would want to use the entire pin and it's always good to have a little extra just in case it breaks...
 
Sorry for the late post, internet was acting up this morning.

For cardio this morning I did 12 minutes on the elliptical (HIIT) followed by 30 minutes of jumping rope. Though I remembered my ipod, I forgot my headphones: this killed my motivation to stay on the elliptical.

No quercetin. This is el cheapo Beyond-a-century resveratrol. Is Quercetin the new thing for making res-v more bioavailable?

6-oxe extreme contains said combination, PA says this is because quercetin inhibits something that deactivates resveratrol.

I am using a bottle of Now Natural Resveratrol a week with DS GXR (has some fancy quercetin analogs in it), seems more effective than I imagined.

Injected into the biceps today. Yeah, it's definitely noticeable when you've hit the muscle tissue. Not painful, just noticeable.


rms was kind enough to send me a free sample of RPM last week. I took 4 caps this morning, but really didn't notice anything from it. I must be one of the select few, or perhaps need to take more. I'll try 5 caps tomorrow, and see if that makes any difference.

I took 6 RPM's preworkout this morning. Now I understand what everybody's been raving about. I felt it kicking in about the time I started my second exercise. I got some strange, yet euphoric, sensation, and did 340lbs for 8 (almost 9) reps....last week I could only do that weight for only 5 reps. Does it work? Yes. But I'm a little disappointed to see my little pony having to take a dose for clydesdale to see any results.

Flexing While Injecting is Bad: When the pin penetrated the muscle tissue on my left bicep (yesterday's inject), the muscle twitched. It took a few hours for the pain to set in, but I definitely damaged a tendon.

I think its a major cause of childhood obesity. even moreso with the chocoloate fluff, damn its been a long time :). I used to eat those all the time in college, cause bread, peanut butter + fluff don't have to be refrigerated so they were easy to keep in the dorm room. I've got the bread and pbutter (almond butter too hmmm), I may go buy a jar of fluff today :D

Depending on where you live will depend on where you find Marshmallow Fluff in the grocery store. If you live in the New England States, it'll be in the Peanut Butter Aisle. If you live elsewhere, it might be with the Baking Ingredients, or Ice Cream Toppings. If you can't find it, Kraft makes Marshmallow Creme. It's not as good, but it's basically the same thing.

Ran for about 30 minutes before church. Lacrossturbated (played lacrosse...with myself) for about an hour after church.

Loaded up some 25g pins for tomorrow. They were a pain in the ass to load up compared to the slin's. The plan with IGF is to go Monday Thursday for the first two weeks, MT RF for 1 or 2 weeks after, and pyramid it out injecting Tuesday Friday for the final two weeks.

Well happy 4th of July!

The gym was on limited hours today because of the holiday. Needless to say, It was PACKED. I just did a steady pace on the elliptical for 30 minutes followed by 20 minutes of jump rope. My legs are still a little tired from leg day, those split squats are really killing me....I love it :twisted:

I'm a huge fan of Brownberry's 'whole grain' breads, but yeah a 'true' fluffernutter requires Wonderbread. (I put the words whole grain in quotes because that word is such a huge scham nowadays).

For the fluffernutter, the toasting thing adds so much to it, as that first bit of fluffs sort of goes liquid then kind of carmelizes on the bread and gets crispyish. After your post the other day I went out and bought some. I'm thinking a fluffernutter using natty almond butter sounds really good for lunch

Cardio Today was some f*ckin' intense cardio on the Elliptical for 20 minutes.
I went 1 minute at a steady pace and 1 minute balls to the muthaf*ckin' walls. Seriously, I burned over 400kcal in 20 minutes. I was in the zone this morning. Afterwards I did some light jumprope for 15 minutes to purge out the lactic acid that was already starting to burn in my thighs.

Cardio was kinda short today, but I was planning on throwing the Lacrosse ball against the wall up at the local high school (I call it "Lacrossturbating") for a little while or until a concerned citizen calls the fuzz on me.
 
I had another cheat meal today (gosh, I've been cheating a lot lately). I went out to lunch/dinner (some sort of meal between lunchtime and dinnertime) with my family (haven't seen them in a while). We went to Quaker Steak & Lube. You're gosh darn right I had me some of their award winning hot wings. Since you guys wouldn't know this tidbit, QS&L is one of my FAVORITE places to eat.

I got caught up working some unexpected OT yesterday. Ended up having to skip a meal. Woke up this morning and felt like the inside of a goat's ____ after being tag-teamed by me and Chad. (reallly tired and sore). So I made the decision to take the day off to try and recover from the countless abuse I put my CNS thru.
