Well this is just crazy. I am not sure having a) a raging hard-on b)half cocked pecker at all times c) brushing up against anything in the house and getting a hard on d)looking at my little pecker and getting, you guessed it! a hard-on, is an fun at all.

Beware younger guys, with a decent working tool. This may not be up you alley at all. My trick is sore from having a hardon all night long, and not just a normal one, but one so hard it actually hurt.

I also took my sample this past Friday night and I commented in another thread that my hardwood woke me up like 5 times Friday night because I hit the mattress with it when I rolled over. It was like roll....whack! This was after a pretty long session Friday night, and led to a Saturday morning done right! Aspire36 is no joke.

she is in real trouble... make sure you take it with some water.. Aspire36 can dry you out it really circulates the blood!!

The headache caused by PDE inhibitors that are nominally selective for PDE5 is believed to be the result of lack of selectivity. Sildenafil for example, while it primarily inhibits PDE5 also inhibits PDE4 (blue vision shift) and PDE1, to lesser degrees. Its PDE1 that is probably responsible for the headache due to the high expression of PDE1 in the cerebral vasculature endothelium. So this could be the reason some people report headaches. It may also inhibit PDE1 to an smaller extent.

Just bought a bottle, the sample was unreal. It works longer than 36 hours. I wasn't getting more hard ons but when I was, they were alot harder and I lasted longer.
