I had My anthrax, Small Pox and typhoid shots yesterday before I leave for Korea and today it feels as if someone too a pipe and hit me in the shoulder real hard.

good thing tommarow is leg day lol:clean:

i leave in august, ill be gone for a yr * well i go for 6 months come back for 1 month and go back and finish up. and yes to internet and yes to kim :D

here are day 9 pics of small pox as my body is reacting now. shills 24 hr headaches, weak as hell. I barely deadlifted 430 on wednesday and today i didnt go over 350 on teh squat. its like the flu on steroids. and My armpit lymph nodes are swollen. But no worries im not contagious lol but its gettin bad. this is typical next it will oooze then scab some of u old guys will remember these from school back in teh 60-70's :)

Don't lie.... that's a nasty zit..........

I have to go through some training to do small pox vaccinations..... it'll be fun to practice needling people.....

im not even gonna take pics of the mess that has become my aqrm today.

it looks like i have a flesh eating virus and half my shoulder is missing.


it makes me so dehydrated that if i had lower body fat id be in contest shape lol

im not much of a big drinker anymore as I wore out MY partying genes many moons back lol

but I will socialize occasionally and Ive tried soju so Im sure ill have some pics for you gusy in a few months to view lol

47 miles fromt eh DMZ and North Korea. 30 min from seoul

established during the korean war to help protect Sk from NK.

its a 1 yr unaccompanied tour which means 95% of people over there are there alone who have left thier families behind

some have the option to stay longer and bring familes as well as some high officers

problem is if **** ever hits the fan all families need to get out of dodge fast because we are very close

But im looking forward to it. Im gonna start a journal in this section as I prepare to get into contest shape over the next yr for ****s and giggles
 
Hey OB, I very much tempted to go on a business trip to Korea. Not sure my boss will approve it.

I heard it is expensive there for living standards. It'll be a nice experience for you there. :thumbsup:
