i got bored its 2:18 am here. i stared at the 3-AD BOX Pic and i decided to make some changes to that pic and use it as a banner. Here is the result. Im not a graphic designer so sorry for the mistakes that it has.

Monday update

well i took my supps like always. But i found a 100g container of beta alanine and i just took like 800mg just because im dont plan on taking it but i just took a dose. I noticed that it made me itch. But when i tried BA the first time it took a bigger dose to make me itch(3g) So i think that something in 3-ad helped with absorption of BA i might try it tomorrow to verify this.

Kinda makes you wonder if the trisorbagen aids in the absorption of the other supps that you take with 3AD. Interesting.

It has been said to help in the absorbtion of other products used during the use of 3-ad so i would assume zombie that thats why 800mgs made you itch instead of 3gs. Great log tho bro im following along!

well i took first thing in the morning 2 RPM/2 SCissus/1 multi vit like 1 hr later i ate breakfast and took 3 g Fish oil and 1 3-ad. Then 2 hrs later i took 900mg beta alanine just to see if i felt the same. i didnt felt as much as yesterday i just felt a tingly sensation on my tongue that lasted like 2 minutes then it was completely gone. Im going to take another 900mg of Beta alanine with my 3-ad dose later to see if it does with it did yesterday.


Also since tomorrow is gong to be 1 week i think im going to up the dose to 4 caps.


i noticed my chest looks weird. i Atached a pic of my right tit. does it look weird other than the pink nipple or its just me???

Yeah looks a little odd, almost like it could pass for a small titted chicks boob or somethin.
 
Im suprised the RPM you are taking doesnt seem boosted if that is the case... I wonder if it is just hormone type supps it boosts the absorption for and not stims. If it boosts stims im gonna be bouncing off the walls happy :) brywal312= stim addict :) I am def looking forward to this stuff - I am running 11-oxo and hopefully jump to 3ad in 2 weeks :)

it was boosted that why im taking only 4 caps of RPM in 2 doses lol and atleast 45 min appart of 3-ad. i have tried 4/5/6 caps of RPM with 3-ad and 4 is the best for me and it lets me sleep . Sorry i forgot to update on the RPM status . I cant wait for the Stim Free RPM

I got tired of waitin on the 3AD so I went ahead and placed my order with NP on Friday, already got it today :head: so it may be a while before I can try this stuff. It would go well with the cutter Im doin right now because Im cuttin carbs and mace says this stuff only needs protein and carbs dont really matter.

It does look a bit more puffy than the other one. I still can't say for sure though. Keep an eye on it.

I saw endocrinologists and general surgeons back when I worked at the hospital, but they both said it wasn't gyno and wouldn't do surgery. Personally, I wanted to smack them all the way back to whatever crappy Med School they went to, but what do I know? :blink:

thanks im going to keep an eye out. for it, i might have to run an epi/havoc cycle in a near future to see if its gyno and it goes away:think: or thats just an scuse to run another oral cycle and stay away from needles mmm

sorry it took this long to post this, i when for a snowcone:lol:

i didnt took the Beta alanine 10min after 3-ad i took it 20 min. well. i did feel the itch , on my feet and even eyelits and face and lips like i did yesterday. And more that whe i took it today earlyer 2 hrs arter my first 3-ad dose of the day.

So based on this and without anyother proof i would say that it did help absorption of Beta alanine on me. I would like to see some one take 3-ad and 5gr of Beta alanine and maybe some niacin:).

LMAO! I jsut started my epi cycle stacked with 3-AD and let me TELL YOU.............I FELT IT FIRST DAY! NO JOKE! I am in the BEST mood ever, and i was having some pretty crappy days lately, ask mmowry or Dr. D!

that looks nearly perfect, only other thing i would do is maybe take your first dose IMMEDIATELY upon waking........but breakfast is probably close enough.

yesterday i was talking with a friend about 3-ad and he asked if Activate + 3-ad would be an effective stack since he has 4 bottles(Activate) and wants to use them. I said to him that i didnt know the correct answerd but since it would stack with MassFx maybe it could work but that i wasnt sure. So you think that stack could work or hes just going to waste his activate ?
 
sorry but im wondering... do you lift weights or just eat supplements? Havent seen any comments on strenght... workouts..

i wasnt able to post yesterday at night cause my DSL wasnt working at home.

well i had a nice leg workout yesterday. i dont recall the weight i didn took my note pad to take numbers but i felt a good work out and a nice pump on my legs. Also i had a nice back pump(not for liver stress i did back the day before) . I decided to up my RPM dose since i didnt felt it effect at 2 caps in the morning and 1 before workout so im starting 3 caps first thing on the morning and 2 caps preworkout.

i know that im not a great logger but when i have a chance i type my routine. Or if you wish you're welcome to come visit me and follow me around to watch what i eat and what workouts i do and type in the weight and the amount of reps.:type:

yesterday was my first day at 4 caps.
my last dose i took it at around 10:30 pm. i go to sleep late so that wasnt just before bed i usually go to sleep around 2:30-3 am. I took a piss several times before falling asleep (4times). in the morning when i woke up my face was red well not all of it, my forhead, eyebro area, nose, under my eyes, and i had alil bit more acne that the days before. i also found a big ass pimple with puss on my knee and another one at my calf. yesterday at night i was typing my workout and youtube some online game site and other "stuff" that i was brownsing for crashed my browser and i lost averything i typed. im going to type my routine and i wrote some weight on those excersices not all of them i almost puked twice. but i can asure you it wasnt enouf, since i dont really workout legs i have like less thana month that i started to workout the lest after a long break of doing leg workouts. Some lift are below average :(

i did that the first days and it didnt work i didnt gain 20 pounds from doing that:ntome: so i decided to start workingout :lol::donut:

Could you keep a log of your trip, it would help out a lot. Oh and dont be a rookie and forget to document your tire pressure before and after;)

Im back :D

everything was ok except in the way back home it rained most of the way.

Saw Hostel 2 it was cool but i spected more from that movie . I also ate alot. when to a club saturdar and drank 2 Coronas and got a nice buzz. i keept taking my 4 a day 3-ad CAPs.


Friday when i got there my libido wasnt relly good it might be due to stress and 3 hrs sitting on my ass and bored as hell. So Friday i didnt perform like i usually do. but i have to say that i had a really nice relaxing sleep. sleept like 10 hrs :lol:. Saturday my libido got a lil bit better i noticed bigger loads and thats it. no porn star libido . but my gf said i dont know if she did say that to be nice but she said that i looked leaner. i cant wait till wednesday to up my dosage to 5 caps
 
i dont know if im comming down with something(virus,flu etc), but i felt lethargic most of the day and i still feel like that. i even took extra RPM (First dose 4 Caps @11AM Second 4 caps @ 6:30pm) and i didnt feel the usual boost i get from it.
