Training days, up to 15 grams a day. Non training days 10 grams, 5 grams morning and 5 grams at night. More if your cutting obviously, but for a maitenance, or a bulking diet that should be sufficient.
I agree. I currently train 3 days a week so on training days I dose
-5gr 1st thing in the am
-2.5gr pre-workout
-5gr during
-2.5gr post-workout
-5gr before bed
Non-trainig i just cut out the doses around my workout
I suprised no one mentioned BCAAs instead. I take glutamine though.

Before bed i add 5g to my Muscle Milk.

yah, i've recently spent more of my hard earned money on BCAA's, in my opinion it is more important than glutamine, at least from a body builders prospective.

Yah, i've tried it and loved it, even tastes good too. I picked up a bottle with like 1000 caps of bcaas for dirt cheap. then i just take the bulk glutamine by itself. but if i were to choose between the 2, bcaas hands down.
