how much glutamine should i take each training day and off day

im around 185 190lbs

Training days, up to 15 grams a day. Non training days 10 grams, 5 grams morning and 5 grams at night. More if your cutting obviously, but for a maitenance, or a bulking diet that should be sufficient.
 
I suprised no one mentioned BCAAs instead. I take glutamine though.
PreWO- 20g
PostWO 30 minutes later - 10g
Before bed i add 5g to my Muscle Milk.
non-training sometimes 10-15 throughout the day in some juice or tea.

yah, i've recently spent more of my hard earned money on BCAA's, in my opinion it is more important than glutamine, at least from a body builders prospective.

Yah, i've tried it and loved it, even tastes good too. I picked up a bottle with like 1000 caps of bcaas for dirt cheap. then i just take the bulk glutamine by itself. but if i were to choose between the 2, bcaas hands down.
