Hey BP, I can't speak for BB2000 but the gains you get depend on 2 things basically:
1) Diet- If you eat like your bulking, gain muscle and not add an ounce of fat! That's how I like to use it.
2) Training- How good of shape are you in and what is your current BF%? I gave this stuff to a buddy of mine to try. He was 280, a big guy, but had not trained in over a year (new wife, new job, you know.) So 3 wks later I saw him and he was down to 264! He lost 16lbs in 3 wks. He had started training again but his diet didn't change. He was taking 400mg (200mg AM and 200mg PM). He reported good strength gains though in spite of the loss and said he felt great on it.
So, if your in super good shape like BB2000, the fat loss may not be as evident, but it definitely supports fat loss, big time! I like to use it as an excuse to eat more while bulking, lol.
