E2 levels and urination frequency

wondering

Member
Prior to starting TRT I had the need to urinate way too often. I'm 36 now and that was the case for years. Interestingly, older men seem to have this issue and they are prescribed hormone reducing medications?

I always felt that is was the low T that made me pee frequently and it has improved since I started Test Cyp. My libido hasn't improved and I am waiting to have a good E2 test run, but I wonder if low E2 could cause this as well. If my Test Cyp inevitably raises E2 could that be the cause. I wonder if natural low E2 was part of the cause of my libido issues.

Any insights or similar experiences?

It is probably the balance of the ratio from esterone, estrodial:estriol which is causing most prostrate problems and only a urine test can pick this up. My e2 was in range all the time but for some reason my prostrate is 60% enlarged. makes no sense ehh..

I am taking my large dose of LEF DIM product, DualAction for about 6 months now.
Shortly I am due for my usual prostate doctor visit.
Wonder if there will be any comments.
I do not really fell much difference in my frequent urination.
But if anything I would say that it is better by about 5%.

I have had a frequent urination problem since I was 24. I am now 37.75.

Since being on TRT and a massive supplmentation program loosely based from Invalid Link Removed, I no longer consider myself to have the problem.

Most of my supplements are from LEF.
Which of their supplements you think helped your urination problem.
Also other than LEF, provide link if you have.

My list is below. Much of it is an attempt to copy the life extension mix but with supplements from NOW foods. We may be switching over to the LEF mix for a matter of convenience. We have 5 bins worth of supplements and it is getting unmanageable

Please see attached zip file for Excel and Word documents listing the supplements formatted cleanly. If you need them in just plain text, here they are

:aargh: :aargh: :aargh: :aargh: Don't take Calcium with your other minerals, calcium blocks mineral absorbtion.

I suggest ZMA from biotest.

You are worst than me, supplement wise.

I have two sets of 18 vials.
Every 18 days I spend 1.5 hours to fill up the vials, order stuff that I am low on.
I decided to divide my pills into two daily portions, I have to stop somewhere.
I think your taking 4x a day is better but it is over kill for me.

18 vials fit nicely in a bottom tray you get when buying Pilsner Urquell, my favorite beer.
Other beers have similar trays, so it is not a hard rule.
