Myth, if you're coming off an injury you be extra careful not to let the RPM think for you in the gym....... If RPM says "Add 15 lbs."... You tell it no.
Just wanted to quickly say, you know you're doing something right, when your customers start a thread to thank you.

My injury is about 90% gone now! I can't believe this, I was only expecting minor pain relief and possibly completlely healed in 4-6 weeks, but it's going to be a lot sooner than that! Thank you so much Dirk, I mean really, you know exactly what I am talking about when you have pain like this. Sign me up for some assless chaps! Should I start again on RPM right away and go lift, or should I wait until it's completly healed?
