ok guys im 14 weeks in and have a month left in my natural show prep tell me what ya think.....motivation critizizm and whatever would be great thanks guys

lookin good man. remember though... natural shows reward the well-conditioned, and the winners are rarely big dudes with any bloat.... if you wanna tear **** apart, your gonna havta get reallllly tight, but your looking pretty shredded up as it is. a lot can happen in 4 weeks. what weight did you start at? lower back, delts, and abs look particularly good. - HTTC
 
i started an 18 week diet at 224 and now i am 4 weeks out at 185....body fat from 22 to 6 i will continue to manipulate carbs and water and i will win this show

Big ups to you man- nice mentality and your looking great too.. keep it up- btw nice numbers for the amount of time you've been at it :study:

what is your diet looking like, and how did it look like getting from 22-to-6 percent

got any before pics?

sorry for being so interested but we sound like we are in an identical situation (18 yrsold, cutting from like 15 percent until i get to where your at or thereabouts)

it was tough coming down but belive it or not i JUST started doing cardio. diet is key man control your carbs and u will drop weight like its no tomorrow.
 
TOG - i have to say, i'm very impressed with the dedication and results you have achieved in getting ready for this show!
