Best times to take JW?

Is it better to evenly space out taking JW, ie. breakfast/lunch/dinner, or is it better to take it when the body is most open to nutrients/chems, ie. breakdfast/pre or post workout/ bed time?

Best to take with food, carbs particularly, although I found the need for carbs seemed to fade later into my JW cycle.
 
yeah take with the main meals like that. if i took it without carbs i got a headache quite easily. This did die down after a few weeks on though but i'd still stick to taking it spread across with day with those meals.
 
I never had an issue with headaches or not taking it with carbs. So you might not experience what other people have.

I'd try to spread it out evenly (before meals), if I were you. With one dose 30-45 min pre w/o.
