so tonights training consists of core training with one of the most well respected gymnastics coaches in the country. Mike Naddour is crazy and say what you want gymnastics is physco training and harder than any lifting

I'm interested in how this will compare to ergo's 1-AD. Seems to kick in sooner. I am currently running a 1-AD/4-Derm cycle.
 
Dr.D has done some great work, even if the man stole my car and beat my dog, I could not deny he knows his sh*t.
 
Have you sensed any anxiety- I had issues with it while on M-trn and TST. I know it's different for everybody. Good luck on the test bro. Keep it going!!
 
Not for nothing, and I'll say this as politely as I can. This log is worthless.

There are no starting stats (measurements, bodyweight)
There is no diet (carbs, pro, fat)
There is no training log (weight, sets, reps)
There is no training experience.
There is no age.
There is no supplement list.
strength is up and bodyfat is down.The evidence of this and data to support this is where?

There is absolutely nothing of an ounce of data or even tangible evidence to support anything being said in here.

You green guys should expect a lot more from a tester log and a whole lot more substance to present to represent yourselves and this new product. Your going to let this speak for you and your product? I'm a little disappointed. You of all should know much better. I apologize if this comes of as offensive. You have to remember that some of us are not niave and impressionable 18-24 year olds who run with the latest and greatest crave that the kids are into. Even if it is PA's or Dr.D's or anybody else's. Again I am sorry for offending you.
 
WOW B5150 I guess u are absolutely right. This log seems a little too good to be true without any real numbers to gauge progress...........but i'll still be watching to see how this turns out. The before and after picks should tell a story.
 
I think its a good idea on AX's half not to post anything to detailed about gains. What if the product doesnt work as intended?

AX is a good company, and a smart one too.

i feel for ya man..... We all know Big has got it in him, shoot hes just excited bout this as all of us, i doubt this will be anything short of a stellar log by the end of the month. :thumbsup:
 
I expect details in a log as well; however, look at all the questions and other outside influences, this thread is what 2 days old and already 5 pages?

Big stepped up and is starting a log that he just got permission to do so. And what Big is doing is articulating what he is feeling from 3-AD. I am sure stats to measure will come, and say for some reason they don't. That won't stop from trying a product. It is like a movie, some claim it is great, some say it suxed; me personally I would rather form my own opinion myself, but only like logs to measure to see if I am having similar results...
 
alrite i saw this morning that everyone is b!tching about my log so i apoligize. i havnt had much time the last few days my life resides outside of the forum and i have alot going on at the moment. but less starts with this:
i started off at 20% bodyfat after a long bulk. i was unworried about it considering that any bit of the fat was fresh fat and i knew of me going on a recomp. my weight was 250 when i started dehydrated with a diuretic to ensure my body fat wasnt messed up. my body fat was tested by a very knowledgable friend who has been body building for 6 years. in the past week an half i have dropped 2% body fat and noticable strength gains. that means for example on my chest day when normally in my forth set i was using 70 pound dumbells and moved up to 85 pounds dumbells for sets of 12 for 4 more sets. vascularity for me is not common as my body type is ectomorph with mesomorph tendencies. i get fat easy. i have been lifting for 8 years consistantly. any other questions?
 
last nights workout consisted of the following. gymnastic style leg raises 5X20, roll ups 5X20, 600 gymnastic crunches, 5X20 roman chairs. all the other stuff i dont even know the names of but i had 4 more abb workouts. my diet consists of low carbs high protein and descent fat. less than 100 carbs a day. going close to 450g of protein a day. fat intake varies. lots of chicken in olive oil. protein shakes a bar here and there cuz of my schedule. lots of asparagus, broccolli and salids. solid amounts of beef. i have beef once a day and i eat 16 oz of it in one sitting.

Awesome Mac, can't wait to see your results. As pthers have mentioned I am drooling 3ad and its release date. Hey congrats on the newborn as well.

PS: I need to start posting over here at AM more cause half the posts over at bb.com are either nonsense or childish drama not pertaining to bodybuilding whatsoever. :frustrate
 
so right now i feel i would like to share the some of the effects of 3AD with everyone. there is a feeling that is quite different similar i guess to an Alpha Male mentality but not like a pissed off mood, but i feel super confident in everything i do almost like a feeling of complete superiority without acting like a d!ck. my mood is good and i feel like an unstoppable machine all day long. when i am in the gym i feel like there is nothing that cant be done that i must simply do it and that is that.

poopy my main goals are recomp on this whole thing. and i am not experiancing any anxiety superdrol did give me that i got in more than 3 fights while on it! (not a bad thing)
new notices toay in my morning workout:
i trained chest and back today. on lat pull downs i am very conservitive using 90 pounds max and using perfect form it tends to get hard in my 5th set of ten, today i felt so strong i moved up to 170 for 13! on my 6th set! everything i move around feels easy. i am overly confident. also on labido i was so rock hard last night that it almost hurt and i made my girl go so many different positions her head was spinning. this morning i checked my weight since people have asked and it went down to 245.2 from starting 250. no bf% done until the end. so we shall see.
 
wow sounds like this thing is AWESOME for strength gains! are you still at "standard" dosing for now? i remember you said that D was toying with the idea of doubling you up is why i ask.

Keep talking man! Some of us are just here listening, lurking in the shadows, forming game plans, and loving what we are hearing. All I can think of is stack with Epi, stack with Epi, stack with EPI!!!

I have had some super strength gains as of late too and the products just keep getting better. Over the next year I am dreaming of 500+lb Squats, 350+lbs bench presses, 600lb deadlifts, 315lb cleans, 250lbs snatchs, 250lbs military presses...and on and on.

I think more testers need to be picked from the actual "workout log" forum. There are just a handful that keeps up to date logs there that detail where the rubber meets the road and thats pure weight progression in the workouts. If ones poundages are going up muscle gains are going to follow soon.

4lbs of lean muscle mass that doesnt effect overall weight. body fat dropped off roughly 2% which left me at around 250 still when i originally made that post, this morning i weighed in at 245 but i wont have body fat tested until monday morning. i never stated i lost nine pounds dont put words in my mouth or try and manipulate my posts to discourage others from reading them. i understand my log start off crapy but i had a busy few days at that point.
 
poopy, i will likely start dosing higher on monday. i will make sure to let everyone know before hand or on that day.
notes i made today, i have noticed that oblique definition is starting to pop through a lil bit, this has never happened before unless i was doing the horrible "C" word. all the fat i hold on my body is like most males, majorily around the abdomine and chest. so for obliques to show them selves put a smile on my face! :D

Still trying to layout the groundwork for my own proposed plan, thats why I want to know.
