I am going to be running slin along with test (750mg) & Deca (400mg) & dbol in my upcoming cycle. At least, those are my plans. I have a few months until i start this cycle, and if i dont feel ready for it, or i dont understand everything i need to, i will drop the slin. Yes, i am a competitive bodybuilder, and my goals are not to just be big, i want to make it as far as i can.
7:40AM: 1 scoop of whiteflood, noxplode (Something like that to get me going in the morning)
8:00AM: Lift
8:45AM: Inject Slin (Day 1: 2IU, Day 2: 3IU, and so on, going to stay at 8IU for 4 weeks)
*I dont want to go to 10IU on my first run
8:47AM: PWO Shake 60gm protein/10gm creatine/80-100gm dextrose
9:30AM: 6oz boneless skinless Chicken breast, no marinade (Just plain) no ketchup etc. (Avoiding fats and all)
2oz wheat pasta or 1/2 cup brown rice
8oz skim milk
10:55AM: 1 Scoop Whey Protein/1 Cup Oatmeal/8oz skim milk
*Okay, i was having trouble getting my meals exactly in at 2.5 hours past etc, because i have classes and all. I tried my best. If not getting it exact will kill me, they slin is outa the question, but i doubt that. I will do the absolute best i can, i can promise that.
*I wasnt sure what kind of carbs i was soppose to be taking in during the meals, low or hi gi carbs, but im assuming low gi. Hi gi's are left for the gatorade, glucose tabs, etc.
***From the time i inject, to 4 hours later, i am taking a gatorate bottle, scooping an extra 80gm of dextrose in it, and will be sipping on it throughout. Every 10 minutes for the first two hours.. im going to be popping a glucose tab.
Does it seem like i have any clue what im doing? I have been doing a ton of research, any suggestions? Should i run it the 1st 4 weeks of my cycle, or the last 4 weeks?
Anything else? Thanks a lot guys!
