Cnidium dosage

I would like to purchase the cnidium from CNW. The web page warns me that I must have a scale to measure the correct dosage. Well, by golly, I went looking, and I can't seem to find a scale that measures "fine" enough. All of them seem to measure in grams and the dosage for the cnidium is 100 mg. Anyone had some experience with this product? Or maybe CNW will respond.

I have used this, it tastes pretty bad. If memory serves the packages says something about a 1/4 tsp. weight, I used a 1/8 tsp. measuring spoon I had and didn't pack it full just loose, and used that. This is NOWHERE NEAR accurate and I have NO idea actually how much I was taking but the pumps in all parts of my body were very intense. I took my 30 mins. preworkout and it worked very well for me. I weigh 200lbs.

If you look online you can find scales that do weigh in that small of increments, just do a google search.

Oh my God! From my research on teaspoon to gram conversion, you were probably taking in at least 200 mg. of cnidium. I bet the pumps were great.

I would mix it with my Xtend so hopefully it wouldn't taste too bad. But it does sound like it's good stuff.

OOPS! Sure did work though. Where did you find the info. on teaspoon to gram conversions? I would definitely like to read more on that. I will definitely lighten things up alot when I use more of the cnidium I have left.

Okay. I found another seller of cnidium. According to them, 100 mg. of cnidium = .05 teaspoons. Now you said you used 1/8 tsp. If you divide that by .05 you come out to 2.5 (0.125/.05). So actually you were taking about 250 mg. of cnidium (I think I got this math right).
