On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I workout at 9:30 in the morning. On Tuesday and Thursday I workout at 12:30. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I eat breakfast at about 8:30and on Tuesday and Thursday I have a snack and protein shake before I go workout and then eat a decent lunch when i get done from the workout. How should I dose my AP on workout days?

15 minutes before your highest carb meals. Perhaps breakfast, post workout and dinner? What do your meals look like, how many carbs in each?

I am eating between 30 and 40 grams of carbs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My snacks do not have much carbs in them.

Take AP with breakfast lunch and dinner and you may slowly need to increase carbohydrate content of each meal.

Dose as Jacob suggested but i think 40g's of carbs is too little, don't be suprised if you feel tired and still hungry, i'd be shooting for 60g's. But start at 40g's and see how you feel just have more food ready :)

^^^^ Agreed especially after the first meal of the day. I started with 40g oats and a protein shake. After a couple of days i have increased the oats to 60g and have felt a big difference already.

How long does the affects of AP typically last? (After each dose that is)

As long as diet is good, Anabolic Pump improves insulin sensitivity and the improved insulin sensitivity could stay with you for a very very long time.

To put an exact hour is difficult but about a 6 hour half life, but the first hour is the most important.

I reduced carb intake to 30-40 grams depending on the meal. The fat loss is almost mind blowing.

I am a super super sensitive to fat gain from carbs so in the past 40 grams per meal would stall fat loss in its tracks.

Anabolic Pump is so versatile!

This is great. At least if i start to gain a little body fat i can reduce carbs slightly to help trim back down whilst still taking the AP. But at the moment everything is good and the extra Carbs i can definatly feel the difference in the muscles already. :)

15 minutes before meals makes sense, but how far before workout should that be?

However long you normally wait after eating before working out.

I normally work out on an empty stomach first thing in the morning :) I just wanted to make sure it wasn't any more advantageous to wait at least xx minutes before working out for it all to reach max levels in bloodstream.
