I plan on using lipoderm ultra for the last month of my cut and figured I'd run RK as well since I'm kind of scared of cap lol. How much RK should I put into the lipoderm ultra? Also is it ok to run lipoderm ultra w/RK for a month straight? thanks

Where do you get the RK? Is it in bulk or something somewhere? When you do how do you add to the Lipo liquid, just dump in and shake? Sorry for the noob questions. I am actually looking into this for my girl, she was in a near fatal car accident and couldnt train for almost 6mos. Now she is holding a ton of fat and water in her legs and with the muscle (she is a PT so she has a great physique) that is under it they look pretty big. We went shopping the other day and she cried when she tried on jeans. I cant stand to see her like this so I am looking for anything to try to help her.

Any info or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I am actively researching this right now.

Sorry for the ramble.

I would suggest warming the Lipoderm, to aid in the dissolving of the RK, by placing the bottle in a hot but not scalding bowl of water for a few minutes before adding the powder.

Add a portion of the powder at a time, get a good dissolve before adding more.

If there is still residue left after mixing and shaking, you can add a small marble or ball bearing as a shaker aid into the bottle.

I don't know that RK is a difficult to dissolve powder, these are just general tips for most effective adding of ingredients into transdermal solutions.

It is a very fluffy powder, and medium difficulty getting to dissolve. PLenty of shaking did the job for me.

so just 2 grams added right when u buy the bottle and then ur good? i just want to make sure i dont screw the up
