Sostonal 250 any body try this and have good results.

There are better and much safer options than this methyl cocktail. You do know it has three seperate compounds in there? Even if you choose to take superdrol or PP pr H-50 it is likely a better option to have them seperated for dosing schemes and not to do all three at one time.

they're all under dosed. Ive heard some pretty lack luster results.
 
My liver cringes everytime somebody mentions this stuff. Any of those three "supps" would suffice alone. The guys from Oviedo have obviously never heard of the phrase that less is more...do yourself a favor and stay away from that stuff. If you want a stack run a methyl with a non-methyl.

I been lifting since i was 17. i been doing it wrong since21 join a gym got bigger . then i decided to be stuped an d by a BOWFLEX!stuped piece of crap. iwas benching 210 before bowflex then bowflex got me to275 ha that was bull. About 6 months a go i went back to the gym.thank god for my boss who made fun of me for having abowflex (hes apower lifter)any ways.started back up at the gym and my surprize my bench went down to 160. I was pissed. so for the past 6 months Ibeen trying to get it back up right now im at 185.

My goals to gain at least 20lb of muscle by the and of the yearso far i gain 3lbs I like gain more then 20lbs but I try being realalistic.

At 5'11 and <160 lbs you should be concentrating on your diet and getting your routine polished. A couple years ago I was as small as 150 (I'm 5'8). After lurking on AM for a while I realized that it was my diet that was holding me back.

Sign up at Invalid Link Removed and and log your foods and spend some reading here about bulking diets and save the PHs for later when you start plateau...

...I know, that's not what you wanted to hear, but I'm sure others will agree. If you really want to take a SUPPLEMENT to help out there are a lot of PH alternatives out there: Activate, Powerfull, Mass FX, Anabolic Pump, Hyperdrol, BAM, Ecdysteroids, etc. I still say spend your money something like Invalid Link Removed and some good clean foods.

Even if you took some A.A.S/PH and gained 10-15 lbs...well, you're likely to loose a lot of it, especially if your diet is where it needs to be.
