Combating Anti-E (Formestane) Joint Dryness?

I'm going to be doing about 7 weeks of transdermal formestane this summer and I've read anti-es could dry up your joints. I didn't experience any bad sides while using JW two bottles in a row (contains ADED), yet I'm still concerned that something could pop up.

Just in case, what do people use to combat dry joints while on an anti-e???
 
I've used cissus to help dry joints from AI's in the past with good improvement. It also cuts back on cortisol, which should leave you with a really nice hormonal profile.

Cissus worked amazing for me....helps with joint pain..and nagging shoulder injury
 
aching joints from super-low estrogen is, for me at least, a sign that my body is NOT happy with what i'm doing. if ever my knees ache when i'm on an AI (which i dont use much of anymore), i lower the dose.

you want more test? inject it or apply it transdermally. crushed E2 is just plain bad for you, IMO.
 
Thanks for the help guys. I thought people would say cissus, but I was thinking that the joint issue with low estrogen would be different than just ligament issues.

I don't think I should have a problem with it and if I do, I will probably start lowering the dose.

Can anyone provide an explanation as to why your joints start to ache with low e?
 
Through E's effects on fluid balance. It increases fluid retention as a whole in the body, including those nice joints and the muscles surrounding the joints acting as a cushion.

OK makes sense, but then would cissus really help out fluids-wise? Or would it just help keep the surrounding tendons and ligaments strong?

Why would you want your estrogen that low?? I think we all agree estro plays an important role in the body.I have trans form and do like the product very much.Is your goal to raise test,or like combat gyno or something??

Well it defenitely strengthens tendons and ligaments... thats for sure. However no one knows the exact mechanisms thru which it's effects are brought about.
 
And if anything, cissus will provide pain relief, regardless of whether or not it can help out regarding fluids. Better to use that than NSAIDs - they compromise anabolism.
 
Make sure you are taking enough fish oil. I am also using some triple strength Glucosamine/Chondroitin which helps.

Yep, and it's anti-inflammatory properties are top notch to say the least.

I'm finishing bulking in about 6 weeks and have gained about 18 pounds since the beginning of the year. Needless to say I've gained some fat. I'm going to start cutting soon after I'm done, and then once I've lost some weight I was hoping to use the Form to get the last bit of it. So I am looking for lowered estrogen and raised test.

Are you implying that Form is a bad idea?

Also, thanks to everyone who has provided some info about cissus, dry joints, etc. I will definitely continue to take my oils and will look into getting some Glucosamine and Chondroitin.

There's nothing wrong with taking Form. There is something wrong with taking too much Form. If it's causing your joints to dry out, you're taking too much: cut back on your intake.

Understood. First and foremost I will listen to how my body reacts to it. I might be playing baseball on the weekends this summer and as a catcher any kind of joint pain would destroy me. I've never had knee problems and I wouldn't like to start now. Thanks bud.
