i've changed it a little since then, trying to keep my reps in the 11-15 range, but i don't stress about it if i don't hit that range.

All this time I thought you and Hulagn were sitting around drinking everynight playing Yatzee! You would have all your lifts in the cup and would take the best five with you to the gym everynight. Dont I feel silly. :)

leg press (raw) - 1400 x 8 PR
RDL's (belt/straps) - 545 x 11 PR (could've had more but only wanted 10 - videoing 585 x 10 next go round)
straight bar curls (strict/slow) - 135 x 8
donkey calves DC style - 300 x 15
extreme decline situps full ROM- 30 x 12

20 mins interval cardio
 
3/23 - chest/shoulders/tri's/back

incline dumbbell - 145's x 10 (hadn't gone heavy in a while, felt good and controlled)
hammer military - 360 x 7
machine pressdowns SS/ v-handle pressdowns - 250 x 15 w/ 100 x 35 (damn near everything tri related kills my elbows, except for various grip bench pressing movements, already used those though)
rack chins (slow and strict) - 90 x 9
hammer low rows (slow/strict) - 270 x 8

20 mins interval cardio

7 mins tanning (that's right, i said it - tanning)
 
How are you finding the interval cardio? I was doing this on my current diet but stopped because i found that it was burning up too much glycogen and my strength went to ****. What's your carb intake like? And are your finding the strength gains coming slower because of this cardio? I was doing Max-OT style intervals.

hasn't effected strength so far. if anything, it's going up faster than usual. macros are pro ~500, carb ~250, fats ~130. i'm not sure if this is the same as 'max-ot' style intervals. it's basically 2 minutes of ~120 heartrate, followed by an allout 1 minute where it starts out as getting ~145, but by the end of the 20 min session gets to around 167 or so.

generally something like this
2 mins - 120
1 min - 145
2 mins - 130
1 min - 150
2 mins - 135
1 min - 155
2 mins - 135
1 min - 160
2 mins - 135
1 min - 165
2 mins - 140
1 min - 170
2 mins - 140

done
 
i think i made the mistake of not keeping fats high enough when doing it, and the Max-ot style is basically you don't pace yourself, you go from moderate to fullout so you only last for 20-30 second burts and my heartrate would get to 180bpm, this is with an ECA stack though, without i'd be around 160bpm. Maybe i'll try em again when calories n such are higher. So your going for what, recomp?
 
nah, just health purposes. dealing with some issues and trying to continue strength training as well. i'd guess i'm around 18% or so right now, but i hold it well. full body shave and a tan makes a world of difference, lol.

LOL Can't speak for the shave as i'm naturally pretty hairless but ya tanning does bring out the cuts and 18% doesn't look bad at all on a guy yoursize, now if your 150lbs that's different, lol.

And let me tell you, shaving that beast took me FOREVER!
 
was hairless as well until GH came walking in, that sh1t made me half-silverback. 18% will work for now. my deal is i have to keep it fun and dieting for to get down to below 10% ain't fun at all. i like lifting heavy and eating clean most of the time, not all the time.

Damn it i have 6 month GH run planned soon, so i'm gunna turn into a silverback gorilla, lol. Actually i'm finding i'm getting hairier from my tren+masteron stack right now, it' s more subtle but still definitely seeing new hair popping up, lol.
