i've changed it a little since then, trying to keep my reps in the 11-15 range, but i don't stress about it if i don't hit that range.
How are you finding the interval cardio? I was doing this on my current diet but stopped because i found that it was burning up too much glycogen and my strength went to ****. What's your carb intake like? And are your finding the strength gains coming slower because of this cardio? I was doing Max-OT style intervals.
nah, just health purposes. dealing with some issues and trying to continue strength training as well. i'd guess i'm around 18% or so right now, but i hold it well. full body shave and a tan makes a world of difference, lol.
