Bugatti-Veyron

Even though it wasn't mentioned in the video when you're in the speed mode and turn too many degrees from a straight line it will unlock and go back to normal driving mode.

The guy that crashed it had hired it and was doing 100mph when he crashed. Silly bugger really, great car from what I've seen on Top Gear but not a racer and now has at least one other company saying they've built a 900bhp car with similar speed spec.

EDIT - I'll add that Captain Slow/Richard May said later that when he was coming around to go back into the pits he went to open his door to jump out but then realized he was still doing 70mph!

Actually I think it cost the owner $1.8m USD or ~£950k GBP. They paid over the odds just to make sure they got one...lol

Wow enjoyed the clip i have heard of this littel monster but i have'nt seen one yet it made my eyes water too. Truely amazing car

From what I have read in the crash articles, the car seems like the perfect real life example of the "homer"

Not a drag car but not quiet a track car, it lacks refinement.

It has handling issues at high speeds and the car costs like 8million to make. VW sell it at a loss.

ive seen the accident pics of that veyron. rumor has it the guy had 2 of them

Either way, you could find me on the side of the road beating my testicles with a tire iron post wreck.

:aargh:

Because I just wrecked penile unit numero uno moments ago. Might as well go to town on numero dos. :)

Painful, yes. Necessary, yes. :)

I just creamed my pants at all that speed... I have looking at that car since last year, and each time I get a woody looking at the lines and sincere artistry that goes into the body, and the engineering that goes under the hood. What the mind is capable of?
