AP / POWERFULL / DCP dosing...

Hello all. Just wanted to post this to see what everyone thought on the correct dosing schedule on the following stack....(I have read the dosing directions on the bottles, but just wanted to make sure or if anyone suggests something a little different)

AP / POWERFULL / DCP / SESATHIN

I am 5'11 / 205lbs, 33yrs of age. Trying to add mass/lose BF.

Meal 1 = 8:00 (protein/carb shake)
Meal 2 = 11:00 (chicken breast / brown rice)
Meal 3 = 3:00 (homemade protein bar, 30P/30C/10F)
preworkout shake or bar = (1 scoop whey or 30P/30C/10F bar)
postworkout shake = (40g whey / 50g carbs)
meal 4 = 8:00 (chicken breast/s.potatoe)
meal 5 = 11:00 (cottage cheese/natty pb)

I also eat green vegetable in my meals and take in fish oils, multivitamin, etc.)

If you get the time, i would appreciate it. thanks

AP I would take 15 minutes before meal 2, post wo shake and meal 4.

Powerfull I would take one at least 30 minutes before or an hour and a half after meal one, two 30 minutes before pre workout shake and one before bed.

DCP I would follow the bottles recommendation with one serving pre workout.

Sesathin I would take with meals two, three, four and five.

Some of this is just personal preference/dietary theory and there are certainly other ways to approach the dosing.

thanks so much. Just a quick question, Im a little confused with the POWERFULL dosing. I get up around 7am and eat my breakfast shake around 7:30. Would it be ok to take my powerfull when i wake up at 7am and then eat at 7:30?

So, would you suggest me not taking AP until around 11:00am or should i also consume my AP around my morning shake.

Yes.

I chose meal two to take advantage of the low GI carbs. You can experiment with alternate dosing.
 
I still don't understand what the purpose of DCP is

The bottle has a scientific explanation on it but is there an explanation in english about what it's supposed to do? Is it for fat loss?

It causes fatloss, and also prevents fatgain from a "less than stellar" diet.

thanks Bpmartyr......1 more question. On non-workout days, when should i dose the AP & POWERFULL? Should i just take my doses around my meals as scheduled saying there wont be any preworkout and postworkout shakes?

(1) 15min before PWO shake.
(1) 15min before 4 (dinner)


POWERFULL:
(1) 30min before breakfast.
(2) 30min before workout.
(1) at bedtime.

OFF DAYS:

AP:
(1) 15min before breakfast or meal 2 (lunch)
(1) 15min before meal 3.
(1) 15min before meal 4.


POWERFULL:
(1) 30min before breakfast.
(2) 30min before lunch.
(1) at bedtime.


DCP AND SESATHIN is pretty much the same on workout and non-workout days.

Yes, that looks fine. You may switch up the PowerFull to 2 before bed and 1 midday on the non-training days to maximize rem sleep. IMO
