I've been searching around for a while now but I've been unable to come up with a dosing schedule.

When should I be taking my cissus throughout the day, and how many times?

what dosage?



Any help is appreciated. thanks.
 
What extract are we talking? Is it bulk or caps?
 
Personally, I would go with around a gram three times a day 15-30 minutes before meal.
 
What dosage would you guys suggest for a 15 year old female running distance in track and complaining about some achilles tendon pain?
 
I would recommend a combination of cissus and devils claw powder. I treated foot pain (plantar fasciitis) with 1.5 teaspoons of a 50/50 cissus/devils claw powder mix, 30 mins before meals. Cleared it up in less than 2 weeks which I'm told is quite fast for that type of problem.

Once she gets her pain sorted out it is well worth looking into technique and ways to prevent further injury. I did, and found out about the Pose method of running. No running related injuries since I made the switch a year ago.
