I heard a guy at the gym the other day talking about getting b-12 shots and he said thats all he used and he was pretty jacked up. is this true about the benefits if so any one have any first hand exp to share im curious because its 100% legal right?:box:

Research the benefits of Vit-B. No, it isn't something that will make you huge. Vit-b does a lot and does have great benefits though.

this guy was about 5'10 and weighed roughly 170 or so but he was very toned and it looked like he had been in the gym for years or roided or something just looking at how big his arms were and he said he just injected b12 and ive heard it before just never heard any 1st hand exp or people that knew anything

5'10" and 170 is relatively small.....

well he had a small build i guess youd say he wasnt like wwe big or anything but im 5'10 160lbs and his upper body was definitly bigger than mine and i duno he was just really ripped tone/ big but told me that all it was is b12 and he denied any other supplements or anything other than the shot? that is why i got on here it just didnt add up to me

You approached some guy in the gym you don't know and asked what all he took to get 'teh huge'? That's a no no, my man. 5'10" 170 pounds and he could be completely natural and the only thing he does take is b12 but you should never approach someone in places like that and ask those questions. It's sort of rude.

actually - i think the responce he got that it was b-12 really meant get the heck out of here!

he he - i made sort of the same mistake myself. this guy didn't take b-12 though - he claimed he drank a protein drink every half hour.

but i get it now. . .

no i didnt just walk up to him and ask the question. we got to talking about work outs and such and he was talking about the diet he was on so on so forth and asking what i did routine wise and he asked me if i was taking anything. i said that i had been looking at supplements but i wasnt sure if i wanted to get back into that and he said he had been taking b-12 and eating alot of protein. that was basically his response the reason y i posted this is because he seemed like a bull ****ter. in ex. he will go around the gym and try to teach each individual how to work out as if he has been an expert on it for centuries. and he tried to tell me he ate 6 mcdonalds double cheese burgers every night around 8 and then would go home and eat a full dinner but yet this kid had almost no body fat like i said before this stuff didnt add up to me i just wanted to see if he was bs'n or not

Well, I workout with a semi-pro football player who is probably 230-240 and roughly 12% BF and eats Mcdonalds just about daily. When I asked him why he didn't just hit up BBing he said he didn't have the dedication to clean eating.

His friends say he was like this all trhough high school. Genetics can be a ***** to the rest of us.

When I was powerlifting 10 or so years ago I went to a doctor for b12 shots.Did help with recovery and increased energy. But it was no way close to the effects felt & seen when using ph's or gear.

I've been sub'n regular b-12 eod for the past couple of weeks, and I've noticed more energy throughout the day. Nothing miraculous but definitely worthwhile.
