:whiner: Is it me over is everone having a problem with a shipment taking almost a month? I ordered 20lbs of choc, 5lbs of cinabun, 2lbs of casien choc, 1000g of BCAA, and 1000 g of creatine E E HCI on December 15th and just received it today on Jan. 10th. Is this a shortage or just bad customer service? They did nothing to notify me about this I had to call them 3 times to get an answer. I will say that there protien pricing is un beatable and the quality is hands down the best.

Holydays are a ***** man.. Postal services are the ones to blame, as it seems like you're saying it was already shipped..
 
No they are slow!!

It had not already been shipped they gave me a lame excuse like they ran out of protien. Ok mabey they did but they did not have the decency to email me and let me know it would be late. I was talking to my boss and he has the same problem-great product SLOW delivery.
 
This has been posted time and time again. Bottom line is that their shipping sucks and customer service is fairly poor. One must figure out before ordering if ATW's protein and pricing justifies waiting 2-4 weeks for delivery. I myself who typically only buy 5lbs at a time, would rather just go elsewhere and get prompt shipment. However if i'm buying as much as you did, it may prove cost effective to continue shopping with atw, but just ordering with enough time to compensate for the poor shipping. People can post this topic til their blue in the face, god knows i did, but bottom line is, its not gonna change. You either deal with the ****ty service or you go elsewhere. At this point posts like this seem to do nothing and will eventually get closed.... There is a new board sponsor that sells bulk as well..

...believe me when I say I know how you all feel, I complain more than all of you put together.....I could write a novel about how our old customer service mgr. quit and did some sabotage before he left, about how we had some other "employee turnover" to put it mildly that had us with a shortage of manpower for a spell, about how some of our suppliers (who are no longer our suppliers!) screwed us and it filtered down to our customers, about how costs went up and mgmt. cut purchasing as much as possible to a point that we were short on product occasionally, and on and on and on.......botom line is I don't want to write the novel and you guys don't want to read it......here is a short overview of the latest episode........

.....the manpower issue has been addressed, we have a new customer service manager that should be given a medal for dealing with all the problems the old one left him, purchasing has improved and we are well stocked, as a result of all this we are closing in on our old turnaround times of 24 - 48 hours between an order being received and processed and then shipped out.

Regardless of all of this I made arrangements so that any order with the phrase "Anabolic Minds Priority Shipping" in the comments was indeed given priority as I value my AM customers and want to make you happy. THIS DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Hopefully it won't be needed anymore soon with what I have told you...but everyone here should be taking advantage of it. I suspect that some of you may not have.

Anyhow.....if you have any customer servie issues....just email me! Starting a thread here does nothing to accomplish what you and I want. If/when you email me...please include your real name and contact info as well as any order information (like the order #) you may have as well. I give AM customer service issues priority just like your orders, but you have to help me to help you.

The issue i have with this statement is if i took the time to go back to old posts(past few weeks) I could find this identical statement about the 24-48hr turnaround. It seems you "always" have this turnaround, but yet no one else seems to see it. Since these shipping problems occurred you have always said you don't understand how and all you have to do is put your name in the comments. But now your actually admitting to lengthy turnaround times when referencing "old turnaround times". I think the company needs to stop trying to dodge the bullet and just fix the problem already. By the way, i still never got my samples, but i'm not holding my breath. I remember at one point when the ATW forum here got some action and praise and now all you see here is complaints and excuses along.
 
For what its worth, last ATW shipment went the same day, and a new one shipped within 48hrs, both orders have been placed in the last two weeks and I used the AM Priority and Matt in the comments field, Obviously I dont post much and read most of the time on the board and just though I'd share this.

Really? I remember it like this. Praise, then scammers as their roof fell in..then praise for shipping once they fixed that problem, now bashing because of shipping problems.

Forums are like the news, you only hear the negatives for the most part. The difference, the person that reports a good experience does it once..the person that reports the bad rants and raves multiple times. He then opens up several threads, bumps threads from 3 months ago, creates multiple user names to do the same thing, then goes to other places and does the same thing crying foul.

Considering 65% of the total traffic on this board comes form people who are not members, (and the majority of orders based on my own clients) its not a real accurate way to tell whats going on. If they have major shipping problems with a lot of customers, their business will fail and they won't be around for a while. That's how it usually works. Business' are based on repeat customers, not one time orders.
 
Don't start that! People have a right be pissed but you can't make blanket statements for everything. I hope they work it out.

it took them a week and a half just to ship out my whey protein and glutamine. so i didnt get it for a lil over two weeks.. yea i was really happy
 
Well after all is said and done-the protien they sell at the price they sell it at is the best I have found. If it takes a little longer I just have to order earlier.
 
I ordered once before and it shipped in an acceptable amount of time. i do have an issue, however. i recently got an email promoting a new sale.

When i tried to order using UPS ground, the cheapest method, it said it wasn't available in my area. I know that's not the case, since I order lots of things to be shipped via UPS ground.

If I were able to ship this way from ATW, I'd prob. reorder, but I'm not ok w/ paying too much for shipping when I know I can use UPS ground in my area.

or shoot me an email with your phone # & I'll call you. The website is new and there has been a hiccup here and there. I'm sure we can figure out what the problem is and I can certainly take your order over the phone. It will get the Anabolic Minds Priority Shipping designation and I may be able to throw something in with your order too! As long as its not going to a PO Box...I don't see any reason why UPS ground wouldn't be an option.

I saw that your next batch was delivered. Was there any issue with the flavor on that one too? Just curious. I think we can send you something but this is strange....if you truly got a batch that wasn't flavored properly, there should be 20 other customers saying the same thing, yet you are the only one. I am forwarding this to my VP to address.

The new batch was fine and was shipped quickly. And yes I truly got a tasteless batch regardless if anyone else did or not.
 
Would like everyone to know that since I posted the above message I have not heard ANYTHING from Matt or ATW.......terrible customer service. My next batch will come from somewhere else.

My email was down until Friday...so none of my emails went out. Anyhow...I did tell upper management about your situation several times and I apologize that I didn't know that the situation was not resolved. I am calling them from my day job shorty to ask why.
