I will be targeting my obliques and would like to know the best way to attack them. I'm going to start off at 4 pumps. Would it be best to use four pumps on the right in the morning, then four pumps on the left at night? Or do the same side twice a day and then switch the following day? Just looking for the most productive way to use it prior to starting. Thanks again for the opportunity to test this.
 
i did 2 pumps on each oblique and 1 pump on the belly button area 2x day.

Is that alright or should you do 4 pumps per side 2x a day?
 
I'm using it just like you PP except for the 5th pump on the belly button.

You have a Chubby Navel?

Whoa...sounds like a new Syntrax Flavor.
