I am starting this to see what everyones opinion actually is. I have never actually seen this in writing. I beleive seriuos
training requires 1.5-2 grams per pound of body weight.
However what I have heard is that if you take in more than that, it will actually pass thru your urinary and you will piss it out. Is that a myth or fact?
