AP and WMS (waxy maize starch)

What's the concensus on using AP and waxy maize starch? I just received my bottle and would like to know if there would be a benefit to taking a pill before taking down a serving of my WMS. :)

If you like WMS than WMS and AP is a deadly combo. How do you use WMS?

Will do. So far I have to say that I love WMS so I'm anxious to see how much better it could be with AP. I'm going to start my next stack after my return from a business trip in Florida but I will certainly let you know. Thanks.

so would it be best to take AP right after a workout, and then WMS 15min after? any problems with using a fast absorbing carb with AP such as WMS?

The only problem will be the Real Pump you have to deal with after dosing it...

you have timming correct!
 
i like to use one scoop of vitargo and 4 scoops XTEND during workouts and a serving of Regeneration-X postworkout.. should i dose the AP before my workout or wait till after?

Before in this case and I would take the other dose after the regeneration X since you are using Vitargo during a workout..you should get amazing pumps.
 
I think it is time to talk WMS/AP Stack Deal.
 
It should be a 1/4 tsp measurement.
 
oh my word, what a brain fart, I get it now. My week has been **** so far and I just cant think straight. thanks for clearing this up for me boys.
 
In a 50cc scoop, I got 25.7g..

In an 80cc scoop, 41.6g..

I set the scoop on the tray, hit the tare button to 00 it off, then scooped up the WMS.. Not a heaping scoop..

Your results may vary.. I used a My Weigh 120z digital scale.. To save money (and since I start cutting soon) I'll use the 50cc scoop..

Could you take AP/wms pre-workout, 1 hour workout, then again post-workout dose AP/wms, or is that too soon?

Pre-Workout
5g each Leucine, Alanine
40g WMS
43g whey isolate (lemonade Nectar)

PWO
2 scoops Replenish w/5g each Leucine, Alanine
40g WMS

1 cap of Anabolic Pump 5mins prior to each shake..

I'm just curious as to what the difference in results would be between three evenly spaced doses vs something like one in the morning then two bracketing your workout. If you've done it both ways, I think alot of people would be interested in what the difference in your experiences have been.

When I started AP I was taking it:

1 with morning carb meal
1 with lunch carb meal
1 with Replenish serving post-workout

I changed this due to my prep for showtime:

1 with lunch carb meal
1 with pre-workout meal/drink
1 with Replenish PWO

I've done the second dosing almost a week, I feel abit better as if I'm actually putting the "pump" to use other than just looking fuller.. Adding the WMS today made the pump more pronounced.. At least 45mins after my preworkout drink, my first 2 worksets for chest were painfull.. Had to cut my work short, pumped to the point I had no range of motion, and when your arms get a pump from drinking water, you're done! :head:

Interesting....

Do you think that that's kind of counter-productive then? If you get so pumped before even getting into your full workout that you can't even do it, don't you feel like switching back to your original protocol to be able to have a full workout?

Not trying to knock, just trying to figure out what will work best when I crack open my two bottles waiting to be used...
 
I really don't mind since my workout wasn't hurt by too much.. My volume is way down these days anyway, lifting alot heavier than I used to.. I got my warm-ups in, my heavy sets, I was all set.. :)

Alright sounds good man. I might just try it like you did then. Do it evenly spaced then once I get a feel for it try it with bracketing the workout and see what works best for me.

Well I've been taking my AP this week and couldn't be happier. I've also been taking a dose about 10 minutes before taking a serving of WMS and really like the effects. I'm noticing my muscles are fuller the rest of the night.

I tired this today:

pre-workout - AP - 15 minutes later - AAKG, Creatine, whey protien & oatmeal
post workout -AP - 15 minutes later - AAKG, Creatine, WMS and whey protein.

It was just an experiment. I hadn't intended to use WMS. I want to cut - I'm big enough. On the way home my muscles got fuller and harder. It was amazing! I also felt dryer and harder for the rest of the day.

I think I will continue this stack on workout days.
 
dude, you arent kidding. Deadly and real pump were the right words to use. The pumps in my arms after my arm workout today were unreal with this combo. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital.
 
I did the same, got a major pump going to the grocery store, should have used a buggy carrying my gallon of milk gave good pump.

ive never experienced such a sensation like that in my life. I also forgot to mention I got in the tub afterwards and almost drowned and overflowed the tub because i couldnt get my arms to work to push myself up. its unreal
