ibuprofen gel with testogel

Would applying testogel in the morning, and ibuprofen gel at night or afternoon to the same area(shoulders) be ok?
 
A rotator cuff article said to either ice the shoulder or use NSAIDs after rotator cuff exercise, but now I have read that ibuprofen interferes with muscle growth and acts as an aromatase inhibitor?

Get MRI find out how your supraspinatus is doing.
You may have arthricic growth in the area.
Limit hand over head motions.
Do not do any cortisone shots.
 
I went to a physio years ago and they gave me strengthening exercises to do but they were isometrics which were a real *****. Went afew months ago and I was told its rotator cuff weakness and lack of scapula control.

I have been thru similar bs, they always try physical therapy first, just to keep you busy.
If you can get MRI of the area. It is about a $900, so if you have to pay on you own it may be a PITA.
 
If its not better after 6 months, I will get an xray and MRI.

I doubt its anything that needs an MRI I know so many people who have the same problem, there must be a very high figure for people who lift weights and have clicking shoulders.
 
I found the problem, the physio had me pull my shoulder blades down and together wich is good for shoulder stabability, so I found an exercise to target that muscle.

Since starting this excercise just yesterday my clicking has been improving.
