Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana Shake
12 oz of skim/no fat milk
3/4 Medium Frozen Banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 scoops of ATW Chocolate Whey
2 Tablespoons of Creamy Peanut Butter

Calories......98
Protein.......51g
Carbs.........35g
Fat..............6g

I'm pretty sure that's a lot more than 98 calories.

This recipe is from my VP who has decades of experience in the protein/nutrition field AND is a former body builder. Sometimes this guy talks about formulas to me and it sounds like he's breaking down Pi to 1000 digits. I would trust the numbers he puts out.

Two tablespoons of creamy peanut butter alone is more than 100 calories.

I'm sure your VP knows what he's doing; perhaps there was a typo?
 
it is a typo. It is actually 398 calories.

BUT it sounds VERY TASTY and has made me hungry :)

My favorite recipe
1 cup strawbrries,
45g vanilla whey,
1 juiced orange (no pulp),
1/2 cup plain yogurt,
1/2 cup almonds,
60g oats,
add spenda to taste (i dont),
Milk if its too thick to blend.

Tasty as heck used as a post workout shake. No idea about calories maybe have to fitday it.
