I'm in a couple benchpress groups on FB out of morbid curiosity and it always blows my mind to see the wildest, craziest, nastiest, shoulder shattering form used by absolute monsters of men putting up 405+ routinely. I just observe quietly from the outside cause holy **** these guys are strong and I have no idea how they survive with the form I see.
