Any opinions for natural testosterone boosters products, except m test and optimize t cause I ive tried them with good results.any other options
Definitely agree here! Glad we carry all of these at Strong Supplement Shop to!Natural t boosters tend to get a bad wrap because they may or may not raise actual T a lot of the time, but what I have found is whether or not actual T is impacted, good products sold as "t boosters" 100% give you the SYMPTOMS of higher T. like stronger libido, aggression, positive mood, gym output etc. In addition to the ones you listed, I've also really liked the below products for those attributes:
XPG Alpha Gel
Anabolic Effect
Anabolic XT

Interesting about cortisol there. Any recommendations for supps that would do that please?Aside from any brand name supplements here's just a couple things to consider.
Look into taking something to lower cortisol in the evening, this will help you with more HGH overnight and higher testosterone levels in the morning.
Look into boosting free testosterone with tongkat ali and boron.
Do you ever check your vitamin D levels? Do you spend a lot of time out in the sun? You might want to start supplementing with 5 to 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day.
Do those things on top of whatever testosterone boosters you choose to take

Thankyou for the detailed reply.Phosphatidylserine
L-theanine
Adaptogenic herbs like ashwaganda
Magnesium
Zinc
The board sponsor SNS has a supplement with many of these ingredients, I think it's marked for stress and anxiety, you could add phosphatidylserine on top of that. SNS has a pretty deep lineup, I wouldn't be surprised if they have a supplement that included everything on that list.
I also think NAC is underrated, it helps with a ton of different things but it's also a powerful antioxidant that reduces systemic inflammation that in turn lowers cortisol, NAC and L-theanine together puts a double lock on glutamate in the Brain, so these together should dramatically lower cortisol production as a whole. (I've been digging through similar topics to help my anxiety and OCD, this combo is pretty effective at reducing anxiety symptoms)
I just don't know how you would dose all these things at the same time.
For Nac I do 1200mg/day, split morning and night (not directly pre or post workout), sometimes il do 1800 total.
Magnesium I do 200 pre workout (if I remember) and another 200 before bed. If I miss the Pre-Workout dose I take the whole 400 before bed.
L-theanine 100-200 2x a day with the the nac
Thankyou for the detailed reply.
Will check those out. I've been using SNS supps for years. Been out the loop, so now seeing all the cool newer releases that are about now.
That's interesting regards NAC, i take the same amount daily myself, primarily for the antioxidant benefits, but somehow i missed that it lowers cortisol! Not tried L-theanine before, will go there first i think with the NAC
Cheers

I use M-Test and Optimize-T myself.
But if looking just to try something different, some good options are Cloma-Plex, Test Fix, Alpha Gel (if wanting a topical), Prototest XT, Furosap XT, etc.

Very interesting. Thankyou for sharingOptimize-T is my staple, without it my test was hovering around 630 ng/dl to 750 ng/dl (22 to 26 nmol/l - UK measurement)
With Optimize-T it went up to 1066 ng/dl (37 nmol/l)
I’m taking 4 caps a day and have the bloods attached to back this up
Free T also went up considerably.
Diesel Test Hardcore and Procycle have always produced good results and have been available for 21 years. Yes 21 years, and there are some DIESEL TEST Logs on here that are 20 years old. I can do an article on this, but the problem with most test boosters is 2 fold. 1) Companies got out of them because the "preworkout race" took over and 2) The raws that use to be used in effective test boosters shot up in price, which is why you don't see the OG test booster formulas anymore form 10 years or so ago. I can tell you it cost 2x as much to make the same DIESEL TEST that was made in 2016. Where for preworkout, they are less costly to make because all they are, are Citrulline, Beta-alanine and caffeine and Citrulline has dropped in price 8 fold. in the last 10 years.Any opinions for natural testosterone boosters products, except m test and optimize t cause I ive tried them with good results.any other options
I'm curious how 3-AD would stack with Diesel TestDiesel Test Hardcore and Procycle have always produced good results and have been available for 21 years.
