Transdermal allopregnenolone

iconic p5 is just pregnenolone. the only allopregnanolone supplement that used to be around was from a company called celtic dreams, it was a intranasal pregnenolone/allopregnanolone mixture contained in a cyclodextrin solution, onset of action was within 5 minutes of a nasal spray to each nostril from my experience, gave me a nice floaty sensation before bed, you would wake up with a really stuffed up nose though. allopregnanolone is very expensive and difficult to obtain in quantities greater than a gram or two without shelling out some serious cash. PA tried pinning it bacteriostatic water but the pip was insane he said. he said the sedation from the allopregnanolone from the sq or im shot that he did was on par with a benzo

Did Iconic changed the original formula ?
bc I thought the original had allopregnenolone.

Patrick consulted for many supplement companies and I'm not surprised if he made these.

Yeah screw pip, not worth it. Pregnant women get it IV to help with postpartum depression after conceived. It seems very powerful.

The reason allopegnenolone is so attractive bc
It is the hormone that calms one down much better than a benzo. Hormones can cause more permanent changes in the brain than non hormonal drugs. Allo alters the gaba receptor very well and even profoundly from what I know.

This is iconics neuro p5 . I did look all the ingredients up but the pregn- appears to be transdermal pregnenolone.

Is there another potent ingredient that is good for sleep or had other calming effects ?

From what I know oral preg is way more cost effective and works fine. I've only done 10 mgs in mornings.

Seems okay , although wouldn't buy again.

Now if allo could be made transdermal that could be potent, depending how well it goes transdermal, absorbs.

I bought some and tried it .... Even at HIGH doses, it did Zero for me.

iconic and alpha gainz(same company) P5 has always been just pregnenolone to my knowledge but the owner Rob might know it there was other versions during beta testing.

yes PA mentioned on the old prohormone forum regarding his experience with a pregnenolone IM shot. he briefly offered transdermal pregnenolone through his prototype nutrition line when he first started than company circa 2013 ish. i think it was called 3-Spray. he only offered it for a short period. dont think it was a big seller being that it was a niche product within a niche brand and hard to market pregnenolone to bodybuilders during that time period in the supplement industry, now people are more aware of the health benefits of neurosteroids and acceptance of transdermal delivery in the hormone market.

allo is definitely an interesting neurosteroid, it has several metabolites that have neurosteroid activity just like pregnenolone also. yes i remember reading about its use for post partum depression and the delivery methods they are trying to use, you are right on the money about the gaba activity of this, they have made synthetic analogs of these substances to help control seizures because of its activity at the receptor site. a steroid called ganaxolone was developed (its basically 3b methyl pregnenolone) the 3b methyl acts as steric hindrance to prevent metabolic deactivation of the hydroxyl group at the 3rd carbon just like 17a methyl steroids prevent deactivation in the liver. same mechanism basically...in the past there has also been several(probably greater than 30) derivatives of allopregnanolone that were developed as anesthetic agents used during surgery to sedate patients, now they are no longer used but maybe 1 or 2 is still used in veterinary medicine in the world.

i went as high as taking 400mg a day of oral pregnenolone for a month or so. started getting hard to get a boner at that dose. a few nights i had the experience of extreme euphoria while sleeping. on a 1to 10 scale the euphoria was an easy 8. was an insane experience
