Its weird, I have a lot of shoulder issues that come and go, the reason I've been into so much pressing lately is because my shoulders have been feeling pretty good for quite a while. Now the reality here is I should ignore that and just leave them alone

. But you know I got to push for some strength games while they're not hurting like the dummy I am. Oddly enough I've never had any shoulder pain overhead pressing, it seems to just be the flat bench and dips that really hurt my shoulders. If they're already irritated than any pressing will hurt but I usually don't have any issues unless it's flat, and I can't do dips at all anymore
