A log with vague goals

Morning fasted 197.5 up 12.5 lbs and still very lean, full abs and my size 34 waist is loose on me. Not quite able to fit in my son's size 32 waist clothes , but not far off either.

I think with the cycle and a good meal plan I can throw 12-15 more good pounds on in the next 8-12 weeks. Maybe 20 if I get that gh

No unfortunately another 100* fever right now; the pain train keeps rolling. Got some squirts now too, so definitely viral in nature. Wonder if it’s COVID, as I don’t think I’ve had fevers like this since OG strain at beginning of ‘21.

Oh damn man that sucks. Are you taking any zinc? My integrative dr told me back in 21 to take 50mgs of zinc a day with 1000 mgs of vitamin C and 10,000 ius of vitamin D3 when I had the OG Covid strain. I hope you shake it soon man.

Yeah, 57mg zinc picolinate over 3 doses, along with 1,250mg vit c and, 23,000iu D3 (with a lot of K2) over 2-3 administrations, and 2g NAC each morning. Plus other odds and ends.

Been on 800mg ibuprofen and fever has only budged 0.2*, so if it escalates I might introduce Telmisartan. Lowers cardiac inflammation and reduced time in hospital for COVID patients significantly.

Yeah telmistartin seems to be the wonder BP drug due to the other cardiac and kidney protection benefits.
 
What is your current cycle now?
Week 3ish of 400 test, 200 EQ and 2ish weeks 150 NPP. I gotta be honest, I haven't been paying as much attention to the details lately. I have my gear pre-mixed and I should be taking it every other day but sometimes I forget to on the weekends. I didn't write notes or start program with this cycle, just been kind of winging it. So I'm not 100% positive how long I've been on but about 2 to 3 weeks, because I decided to start after I found out I wasn't boxing for the 400th time lol. So now I'm itching really bad to compete in something or set a PR

If you look above the Pop-Tarts houses you will see map coordinates. My girl had this made and it says home and the coordinates are supposed to be where our house is. Except I plugged them in and....... It's close but it's like the next town over 😂

Thank you, I do feel like the time I've spent, especially the past 5-6 years where 99% of people would say that I'm overtraining, and don't get me wrong it's hard to keep up with eating for the amount of training that I do. But I feel like the time is making concrete changes. When I used to get lean I used to shrink, now when I get lean it's like the fat falls off and I stay the same size. Like I'm getting permanent gains not just the on-cycle blow up and shrink back down anymore like I used to
 
5 years ago I have plenty of pictures where I'm the exact same body weight that I am right now and I do not look like the same person, not even close. I've been bigger, and I've been leaner, but not at the same time. Now I'm leaner and bigger then I've ever been and I don't feel like I've been putting that much effort into any specific goal other than recently cutting lol. I'll eat like crap for 2 weeks and my abs will completely disappear and then within like 3 days of being back on track I'm back to normal again. Like homeostasis gave up on normal abd wants me to stay jacked 😂

With all that said, I'm aware I'm still not that big lol

Seriously, that takes such hard work, dedication and focus. So impressive!
 
Replace it with 50 mgs of superdrol. It’s certified liver safe according to Reddit!
I had 50mg SD a few years back. I would break them in half and use 25 pre workout, but I did do 50 for week. Felt fine but if you look at the bigger picture, I was on 25 for 2 weeks and 50 for 1 week and stopped. I'm sure if I ride it out, there would have been more serious issues. If you only had 3 weeks to make the fastest transformation possible. SD, winni and tren ace would be my stack. I feel like those are the three things that cause the fastest changes. Warning, SD + tren is really weird on your blood sugar. They both will drop it and you can go hypo. But at the same time, you can absolutely pound carbs (given total calories are in check) but you can demolish carbohydrates and just look better and better on those two if your fairly lean to being with.
Not sure why I went off on that tangent lol.

Seriously, that takes such hard work, dedication and focus. So impressive!
I definitely have figured out a few cheat codes along the way. I think the 6 months I spent on SLU PP 332 made some real recomposition this year. Also, I eat my biggest meal before bed (which is also my post-workout meal) and I typically include some junk in or after that meal, and of course if you've ever been any of my logs you know I have a binge eating problem so sometimes it can be really bad lol. But extended release metformin with my last meal of the day. I also do a ton of cardio via boxing and heavy bag work lots of conditioning type cardio. I know that's not feasible for a lot of people, but if I didn't binge from time to time I wouldn't really need that intense extra cardio anyways. But I do think there's a real benefit into people finding a sport or hobby that they enjoy that also involves being cardio fit. That way you get your cardio in while doing something you like instead of dreading cardio. I'm not saying go run some full court basketball games, but finding something that makes you sweat that you enjoy doing will take your cardio and overall fitness up a notch. I feel like as we get older that is the missing component to maintaining your fitness and being in shape. Especially if you played sports all throughout your childhood. Although I had like a 10-year period where I did a lot of drinking I still played a lot of recreational sports with my friends. Staying active definitely helps.

Go hiking
Shoot the basketball around
Bike rides
Get a punching bag

In the summertime I even like going to the batting cages once in awhile, I was really good when I was younger and I realized that I suck now but you'd be surprised what a core workout you get from swinging a baseball bat a couple hundred times after not doing it for 10 years 😂😂😂 but think about that, think about how detrained my obliques and all those little muscles have to be if I'm getting sore from swinging a baseball bat. When I was a kid we would play five six days a week and I never had any soreness from swinging a baseball bat. Might have blisters on my hands but......

I think those childhood type activities that we give up as we're adults really f**** up our level of fitness

Forgot to mention this. The first week of this month, right before I stopped the cardio, I did a couple of the sugar and fruit days like I was doing.

I haven’t used SD since before it was added to the steroid list back in 2006 or 07. It does hit quick. I did an 8 day run of Tren ace during peak week of my last meet. Did 15 mgs daily and 30 mgs the morning of the meet with 50 mgs of drol. Felt invincible.

Over the years, most people I've come across who've used the injectable said they liked the oral better. Seems not worth the daily pins if oral can be used. But, I've always thought It would be cool if you could get a superdrol prop or ace and dose it 2-3x week. I'm not sure if there's a way to do it without effecting how the drug works.

Does anyone know anything about that? What's the reason why there's no long esters or esters at all for certain drugs? Is it not possible, or were they just never made because they weren't practical

Like...... What if theoretical anadrol enanthate had a 7 day half life And you could pin 200mg twice a week 🤔

That sucks, hopefully it doesn't spread. I'm no germaphobe by any means, if anything I'm kinda messy, I pay in the dirt all summer 😆. But when someone is sick in my house especially myself, I break out some hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes and try to keep all commonly touched services clean. We usually have pretty good luck in this house of not spreading sickness around. Knock on 🪵

Lol not a chemist, so I can’t say with academic knowledge if you could do it… but the fact fatty esters ONLY alter release rates of compounds into the body (which changes net effects somewhat, but the hormone structure is unaltered), I am basically convinced you could. All testosterone is just that, once the different esters come off in the blood.

That being said, the black market is about profit. No producer of raws would bother with something so niche and unproven. You’d need a one-of batch that would be insanely expensive upfront. And then it would be cost prohibitive, so bodybuilders would just pass & take regular Drol or something else.

You need a Saudi oil barren friend who you’re getting into gear to be up for changing the world ✨🌈

I'm gonna call today Day 1 of a semi aggressive bulk. If I don't push myself to gain weight I'm going to be too worried about my abs. I'm going to aim to gain 5lbs over the next 2 weeks. (Plus 2 days to make it a Sunday.) Easy for me to take updates on Sundays.

Should I start a new log for the new year since I actually have some goals this time. This is going to be hopefully like my old logs with a lot more useful updates
 
Was also surprised not to see any gyno in the front double. I can still feel it but if I don't touch it don't exist 😂. Hopefully I can keep that at Bay because that's another reason why I pull the plug on cycles sometimes.

Goal is bulking while following a powerbuilding routine. So strength and size. I have some strength ideas I'd like to chase on a few lifts through the year, but right now, overall size and some strength gains.
 
You’re starting a bulk from a good place. It would be interesting to see you at 210 to 215, and I don’t think you would add too much fat to get there. In to see you on the gain train.💪😎

Agreed with this as well! I'm about to end my bulk. Definitely nice to have a few extra pounds on and strength numbers are up.

We got about 8 inches of snow last night(edit: day before )so the gym closed, just going to sit around and eat today lol. Do some housework to get some steps in. Start some new plants as well. The smelly kind but also some spices and I think in gonna try to see if I can get a hydroponic tomato plant growing. I figure if I can get it to the point where it produces fruit and it's decent then I can retry that system again with one of my other plants like peppers, and weed 😂

2 meals down so far

6am Meal 1 - 6oz pan fried ham, 3 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of cheddar and a Coffee

10am 2. Dunkin donuts bacon egg and cheese on and everything bagel with a coffee.

2pm 3. Greek yogurt a protein bar and a piece of fruit.

I didn't really notice anything special from 10mg, if I'm gonna use SD I'm going straight to 30 so that I can get that desired effects as fast as possible. Over the past year or so I've really changed my view/approach on some of the harsher compounds.

Here me out on the reasoning...

I'm still big on start low and work up your doses, but I think that approach is better for our safer compounds. Mainly non toxic low side effect injectables. With Stuff like tren and orals, I have 2 views, but I'm starting to favor go hard or go home, and with what I think is a good reason. We can run 75-150 mg of tren and keep the sides pretty low. But nobody who's on those doses looks like they're on tren. I know lots of people want to use it as the cheat codes so they can lose fat without dieting hard, and I'm against that but even in that situation you need a higher dose to get that effect. There's a very desired effect we want from tren, I think everybody knows that tren look. MOST ppl need to be on 300+mg and juiced up pretty good to get that TREN LOOK. So all I'm getting at here is if I want that desired effect I have to use that dose, if I'm going to run the lower amount to try to get some of the effects, I probably just could have used more of something safer. Why complicate things and add 100 mg of tren and not get the tren results. SD is the same animal for me. 10mg is ok, but it doesn't make me look and lift like I'm on SD. What 10mg gives, I probably could have just used a less toxic compound. But if I go straight to 30mg, il start gaining like 5lbs a week and my strength we'll go up in a linear fashion and this could last 3-4 weeks.

So I'd rather take the hit for three or four weeks and get the desired effect otherwise I could just use something different or nothing at All.

I'll be honest, I'm a little stoned right now, I hope that all makes sense 😂

This was the only interesting meal, a feta bake with peppers and tomatoes, made a big steak and cheese omelet with leftover fajita meat, 4 eggs and some white cheddar. This meal was over 80gm protein and Im not counting calories yet. Just eating a lot and shooting for 250gm protein. 199.2lbs
