What’s a good preworkout? Advise / suggestions

Hey guys,
I was big into working out throughout my 20s and loved experimenting with all kinds of preworkouts, especially the original Mesomorph with DMAA. Those were the days.

Now I’m in my early 30s, and life changes like work and having a kid slowed me down a bit. I never completely stopped going to the gym, but my intensity, consistency, and discipline definitely dropped. Thankfully, things are back on track and I’m ready to get back to my best lifting years.
I’ve been using Gorilla Mode lately, but I feel like there have to be better options out there by now. What preworkouts would you recommend for a solid pump and vascularity? Sometimes I get a nice pump with Gorilla Mode, but it’s not consistent.
Also, what other supplements would you suggest for someone trying to lean out and get back into serious training? These

Appreciate any suggestions.

I saw someone mention Anabolic XT in another thread, what is that really for?

Very much enjoying Focus XT.

Anabolic XT is a natural anabolic, a very versatile all around product, but it’s definitely not a preworkout
 
Are you taking the full dosage of Gorilla Mode - 2 scoops? This pwo is pretty stacked. 1.5 scoops should still hit pretty good. Besides creatine and a decent pwo, just dial in your nutrition and hit the weights hard for a while before you look into any other supplements. 2 scoops of Gorilla Mode is a pretty high dosed pre. If you aren't getting pumps consistently I'd look at water intake, carb intake, and your workout. There are other pres that I feel are just fine and then I often add other supplements to it to make the pump more pronounced (Alpha One, Anabolic XT, Anabolic Effect, Epicatechin, etc.). But none of those things are necessary, especially for the first year or so getting back.
 
If you wouldn't be against trying a non-stim with focus on pump... Bare Knuckle by Apollon Nutrition is freaking INSANE. Currently on my 3rd tub in a row.

Big fan of low or non stim pre's.. gonna have to give this a look

Recomp20 is great for leaning out from what I’ve heard.

Do you want a non stim pre workout?
 
Wait don’t I see u over in the Excelsior forum 😂 I feel like compared to excelsior , focus xt wouldn’t do much
Excelsior is a once a week thing for me. Luckily I can control my stims lol. Focus XT is a great daily driver and you don't have to worry about wtf is in there.

Ah this is the smart way to do things and easier on the body ! And makes the high stim days more effective and enjoyable . I have to start trying this
