Anyone used Ammo (Caps)?

Hey guys.

Has anyone used Evomuse Ammo? I just picked up a tub and started with 1 cap yesterday. I'm just running 1 cap to see how my body responds to them.

Just wondered if you noticed any changes with them?

Their more geared towards visceral fat around the abdomen aren't they?

I also have Evomuse Eviscerate and gonna use this alongside the ammo. My body is terrible for storing fat around the mid section. Kinda hoping that ammo may take a little off here also? Time will tell.

Did you notice any other effects also? Reduced cortisol can also reduce anxiety if im led to believe? (I suffer terrible anxiety so this might be a god send)

Just wondered people's thoughts? It's a superb ingredient profile. As always with Evomuse.

Thanks

Thought I would add an update.

I've used 1 cap for 4 days and damn! They are strong. I can 100% tell my cortisol is heavily suppressed.

My joints feel like they have smashed glass in them. Sore joints and muscle aches.

I can easily battle through these small issues though. Sometimes you have to suffer to get good results.

Be interesting to see how my body changes with the low cortisol levels. I know that cortisol layers fat around the midsection (My worst area).

I will run these for 4 weeks and see how my after photo looks. I've also took calliper sizes all over my body so will see how that changes.

Definitely a powerful product. Even on 1 cap. This is ideal also as I can do 30 days on this run and have enough to do another 30 day run later on. Especially if it yields good results.

how were your results? I am thinking of a Evomuse cycle,
BMP/Epitome/Brite/Ammo/Nerve Restore and Top Muscle haha, got a couple of them already.

I started ammo recently and noticed its absolutely destroying my back to the point I am struggling to walk, is it better one EOD? E3D? I was taking in the morning, but read into it and see that could be a bad idea... but I need to go off it for a couple of days to fix my back.

Low cortisol will cause joint issues and I'm assuming your back issue?

Ammo is VERY powerful. I would use it for short periods and stop and allow your body to balance back out.

How are you waking in the morning? Are you feeling sluggish?

Cortisol is very important in the body. You need to have it in balance. Not too high and not too low. Short periods of low cortisol will be ok though.

Yeah I believe it fucked my back, specifically lower back just above glutes, feels so unstable, quite sluggish in the morning, but that is me normally haha. I didnt do anything that would make me think, "maybe I hurt my back" it was just a few days in a row of AMMO. I have stopped for last two days and seem to be getting better

You can try every other day or every 3rd day.

Yeh low cortisol is intense. I've recently been doing bloodwork + saliva on cortisol just to see how my body is running. I've spent soooooo much money on bloodworks this last year lol. I find it very interesting and very helpfu though and I love sharing my findings. I was working a job for 4 years that seriously messed my health up (Crashed Thyroid. Crashed cortisol. Zero libido etc). I've been doing almost every blood marker and slowly been repairing it. It's actually amazing how just working on your health and how you can physically feel. I'm heading for 40 years old and I want to be at peak fitness and health.

Are you still using AMMO? I still utilise it now and again. It's powerful. You can use licorice root tea if you feel your cortisol is running too sluggish. Having cortisol in balance is key tbh. High in the morning and mid range during the day and very low at night.

Did you get any results? When my cortisol was low it seemed almost impossible to put any fat on my frame. Eating in a huge surplus and zero fat gain. Even though that sounds awesome I felt absolutely garbage. Getting up in the mornings was a workout lol

I am not using it anymore as I still have some back issues going on, I cant 100% say it was the ammo fucking me up, but I think it being so strong and taking the caps for so many days in a row potentially did it. I did feel dryer when I was taking it, but like you said I just started getting progressively more tired in the morning then my back flipped and since then I dunno feel like ive had a slight cold for a couple of weeks and Ive done my neck aswell haha... just on struggle street atm

I have only very few Ammo caps left UNFORTUNATELY. I had ordered Epitome and started taking it and my hunger was insane. I had to stop taking Epitome and now that I have 'sacrificed' a few Ammo caps my hunger is starting to normalise again.
I don't mind feeling a bit tired (which is what happens with the Ammo caps in my case). I do feel my joints a bit more but nothing too bad.

For context: I am 34 y/o, female; before Epitome: bmi 19.5; BF%: 21%. After my hunger attacks and not being able to resist it, I am not closer to bmi 20 and BF% 22.

What I love about the Ammo caps is that my cravings for sugar are absolutely zero and that it doesn't mess with my sleep.
I HIGHLY recommend them!!

If @dsade would like to chime in:
  • Are the Ammo caps coming back soon? PLEEASE!
  • What could have cause this intense hunger whilst on Epitome (especially considering that Ammo allowed me to return to a semblance of what it was before)?

Also grateful for anyone else's thoughts and feedback! Thank you in advance.

Ammo is targeted at cortisol. If your cortisol is high then your more prone to eat more. The classic is 'stress' Eating ie comfort food.

You could use any cortisol based supplement if your struggling to get ammo? I used one before called suppress-C. You can also buy pure emodin?

Theirs also ashwaghanda. Rhodiola etc but their not as potent.

Where are you based? I have an almost full tub of ammo I'm not using.

Thank you for your insight. Yes, I am aware that Ammo suppresses Cortisol. I was doing fine with my diet (incl. healthy feelings of hunger after exercise of IF, and had zero/very limited bouts of appetite/stress eating, etc. even without taking Ammo).
I didn't require Ammo to curb "stress eating" UNTIL I took Epitome.

What really threw me was the introduction of Epitome. It was like a switch was flipped and I had the strongest cravings and feelings of hunger.
I am curious why that is (the effect of Epitome).
Since using Ammo (only for 2 days though) I am starting to return to my previous baseline, though I am certainly not there yet.

I'm based in Switzerland. More than happy to pay for the higher shipping costs, if you really aren't using it and willing to sell it to me. I'll send you a DM.

Hit me up when Exemplar is in stock and I will send you a free bottle.

You're lean for a female, and Epitome gets tricky there.

I'm also still experimenting with Epitome Lean, for lower bodyfat levels.

Thank you so much, Matt!! :)
That is incredibly kind of you <3

Would you say that Epitome is not helpful to me, or was my hunger a temporary reaction and I should've stuck with Epitome a bit longer?
(for context: I was on it only for 5 days, however, I was gaining between 200-300g a day and I was also in a bad mood and de-motivated; I could barely think about anything other than food and it took so much energy to resist the urge to eat everything and anything)

I am planning on stocking up on Brite anyways (scared it'll go out of stock again) alongside Exemplar, which I was planning on giving a try (really looking forward to it !!). Aside from that, all I need now is DCP (and more Ammo).

I'll send you a message prior to placing my next order.
Have a great day! Thanks again.

I only have a couple of bottles of BRITE left.

You are right at the spot where your leptin levels are dropping hard, which then causes those uncontrollable cravings. Epitome will keep the leptin sensitivity high, but you're left with reduced signals as your bodyfat keeps dropping, trying to get you back to your setpoint.

Epitome Lean will actually boost Leptin levels and help quash those inhuman cravings. Combined with Exemplar, you should be able to keep yourself lean, and even get leaner.

Wow perfect timing! Same formula or are you upgrading it?
It's already way too strong. Leaving it as is, but I will be updating the directions.

When I use Ammo, I take 2 caps daily for 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. By the 3rd week, my ankles and wrists start to ache, which is my signal to take a break.

Ammo is a great product!
