Non cycle ideas are to continue SLU at 750mcg 2x day as it strongly appears like it has potential health benefits.
I have injectable glutathione and healing peptides on hand so I may double down on a health phase by adding some of those things.
Anxiety is still high but more manageable. Typically when anxious Im still 95-100bpm, resting heart rate is in the 80's but blood pressure is wonderful, 117/81 was my lowest and 127/85 was my highest in my last 6 readings taken mid day around lunch each time.
Couple things I'm considering are
a beta blocker to bring resting heart rate to the 60-70 range is ideally where I'd like it. I've never used a beta blocker so I'm hesitant and would like to know if any of you have used one?
Also I wanna work on gut health a little bit more too. That's always a issue with me. I'm often runny in the morning and normal bowel movement by mid to late day but this tells me my IBS needs some fixing.
Besides probiotics and fermented foods do you have any suggestions?
And glutathione.......
@Hyde what's a good dose/frequency for glutathione. It's injectable 200mg x 20ml of the SETRIA shelf stable glutathione.
I think your the only person in the chat that has used glutathione injections, I could be wrong, all advice is welcome.
I'm planning on backing off of hypertrophy work for the next 6 weeks so I can focus on strength maintenance and cardio and conditioning work will be more important.
I want to be squeaky clean on my bloods next month so anything else you guys suggest, I'm all ears.
Overall I have everything set up and planned out but maybe you guys have some better ideas
