Ok, I'm not a scientist but I'm gonna try to take some educated guesses.

Your going to alter ATD at the 3 position and remove the ketone group. This should decrease androgen receptor activity and it should also make this a pro-hormone (obviously).

You replaced the ketone group with a hydroxyl group, this could dramatically change how the compound acts.

I can't tell you how it's going to change, I don't know. I'm wondering if it's going to change it's effect on estrogen, that's something I'd look for. (That's the somewhat educated guess)

Might need to pick the chat AI brain and see if it knows what will happen when you change the 3 position of an anabolic steroid and change the ketone group to a hydroxyl group.

Im guessing very different effects then ATD but I could also be completely wrong

I’ve been talking about this and one of very similar ingredient for a bit now.

3b-hydroxy-androsta-4,6-diene-17-one (not the triene version in the photo)

It’s a aromatase inhibitor and a prohormone to 4,6-testosterone or delta 6 testosterone. It would be cool to see some more products with it maybe a transdermal.

I know there were some other aromatase inhibitors in the past that acted as prohormones aswell.

Do you have any information that's not from a supplement company? Or where this place pulls there research from? I cant find much research information and it's hard to trust information without sources. I can't find any clinical literature on it and most searches just take me to ATD without the hydroxyl group

This is the last one, its a video breaking down the ingredients of novedex which contains both ingredients. At one point you will see them mention that it converts to 4,6-testosterone (at 1:30)
 
Im using letro xt at only a quarter of a tablet with pregnenolone and 7oh-dhea... all micro doses and i feel really great really surprised honestly
