I am currently 10 weeks into Anabolic XT (first time user) and I’m very impressed. My training hasn’t been as consistent due to work/family commitments, so I had more of a “don’t lose muscle” approach and tried to train at least twice per week. While I can’t say I’ve personally noticed any additional motivation or mental energy etc, the recomp is real. My abs are more visible, my quads have more separation, and I just look more vascular. I’d say week 7 is when I couldn’t deny something was working, and I’m honestly thinking of extending this run another few months. Great stuff.
