Tren / Test 15 wk'er

Have not actively been on AM in a long ass time. Decided to log this Cycle to help keep me honest

Cycle Info: Split in 3 inject/week
Test - 750mg/week
Tren - 800mg/week
Superdrol 20mg week 1-4, 30mg the rest up until end of week 8.
Proviron 50mg ED

Admittedly, I am a tren-buser. First time running Tren & Superdrol together which is my favorite oral.
Have ancillaries but won't add them in unless I'm needing to.

Starting weight - 218lbs, first injection was this morning.

I follow pretty traditional programming, but I split my workouts into 2-a-days --- in the gym for 45-60 minutes twice a day 5 days a week.

Let me know what type of updates you all like to see from logs, hoping to keep this interesting for everybody; including myself

Id imagine that you're going to have a really hard time eating enough food to grow a lot so I'd expect to see a ridiculous recomp as the goal? Tren + SD is a great combo, just not great for your health. I was looking pretty great on 150 tren or 30 SD. I feel hypo sometimes when combining them. With the doses your running, and like I mentioned before I imagine it's going to be hard to eat big so I'd pay attention to that.


Id keep a eye on Blood pressure, Blood sugar and I'd be really interested to see what blood work looks like after 8 weeks of tren and SD. I don't get bad bloods from most things, I'm pretty resilient. But this is a hell of a cycle!

Update wise, I'd be very interested in strength gains. Id bet in like 3 weeks you will be all filled up and stronger then ever.

Curious what your gonna need for estrogen/prolactin control. I'd be lactating out some B cups.


I like the double sessions, when I have the time I try to get two a days in myself and if I could program every day like that I would. Mainly just cuz I like to work out but if you're on that much gear and you can shovel the food down you can work out as much as you want lol
 
You got some caber? Or better yet, in past cycles, how much caber would you need on this much tren?

Sleep is honestly what fucks me the hardest -- I can sleep just not when it is time to sleep kind of issue. Naturally calm, get a little bit on edge but nothing extreme. I pretty much just shut down too much in general, very uncaring. Last time I did this cycle, minus Superdrol, up until late week 10 my appetite was through the roof. Superdrol on the other hand kills my appetite usually during week 2. Expecting to be dropping .25mg Caber EOD the last weeks of this cycle. I get a lot of hate from my little circle saying this, but adding the proviron has been my holy grail for general well being -- noticeable difference since I started adding it into my blasts.

Not expecting major weight gain. Plan to just be pushing 220 steadily in mornings at the end of this. Strength is the real goal, haven't peaked for heavy singles in a long while(less of a thing the older I get) but going to shoot for some big lifts this weekend and Tuesday to compare at the end.

I'm not concerned with your one rep max, but more how you're working weights are going up, like I know when I go on cycle the weights im normally doing for eight reps I start doing for 10 to 12 reps or I'm adding 15 or 20 lb to the bar.

The very shutdown and uncaring feeling seems to be pretty common amongst people with high doses of tren. I've always noticed that people on a lot of tren just kind of seem like they're often another world. I'll be talking to my buddy and he's looking at me but he doesn't seem to be listening it's almost like he's looking straight through me and just thinking about something else and it's always when he's on a lot of gear with a lot of tren

Low doses of tren 150-200 don't give me that feeling at all, but they do make me sad for some reason. People talk a lot about it making them angry but it just seems to make me sad and depressed. The next time I do it I think I'm going to hit a larger dose with Ace and get it out quick like a 5-weeker. But for me a bigger dose is going to be like 300-400mg. I like to use as much test and EQ as I can before jacking up the doses of anything else.
 
Il definitely be popping in and out for updates, I wish I had some advice for your sleep but I'm a terrible sleeper to begin with and even when I'm not on trend I pace around the house and can't fall asleep so I can relate to that feeling. ADHD is my insomnia lol

Gotcha on the strength gains, cycle will definitely be great for progressive overloading in general. I rarely go past the 10 rep range while blasting for compound lifts, generally stick to heavier sets of 6-8. Not knocking the volume but I literally cramp like mofo and nothing helps. I get 10g+ of taurine 99% of days, 100% of training days. Water is all I drink unless I’m out to dinner. It’s bad to the point I shoot quads instead of glutes because my lats will cramp from reaching back and pushing oil out. I am cursed haha.

I wish I wasn’t paying attention — I care enough to hear them, it’s just my response to problems becomes more of so what? Really fucked up my exes when they are expecting a “omg are you okay “ or “ what can I do to help? “

I never really gave EQ much of a chance, might circle back to that next run.

Makes sense, always thought it was Taurine with orals. I legitimately can’t do ab workouts on em. By end of 3rd working set on even a weighted crunch machine I will stand up and get the worst cramp of my life and it will last for 5-10 minutes varying in intensity lol. Literally will have me contemplating life before it finally fades away.

Eat some mushrooms 😂 I don’t feel much of the “on” effect but I pretty much always think I’m him so that might be why. I’m happy with the real results too anyways.

What are your stats up to nowadays?
 
If youre not already using it get on nattokinase, 10,000fu per day, plus K2 mk-7 and vit D. It normally takes time to fukc up your arteries but there are obviously ways to do it quicker (not wanting to be an alarmist).

Had to google Nattokinase, just to make sure I am smart, you can get it from Amazon. Worth?

Little general update:

Had a great bench/chest workout Friday evening

Saturday early got antsy and some guy I dislike was deadlifting so did some Deadlifts for some heavier benchmarks before shoulders -

635x1 smooth had more didn’t want more
585x5 wanted at least 6, did not have at least 6 lol 😂
495x8,6


Saturday evening did legs, planned to hit some good numbers on backsquats got up to 545, felt I was hitting it for a PR the first time and decided that dude this morning won the war


Nothing cycle related to note yet, did forget the joys of back pumps. God I love Superdrol. Appetite might be up slightly already.

Currently I'm 195lbs coming off a cut we're I was actually trying to get down to about 185lb just to see if I could do it and it was getting really hard and I didn't feel very great, I haven't let myself get over 205 in a while. Body fat is pretty low still, if you look up at my avatar that was where I was when I started the cut lol. So I don't know my body fat percentage but I started the cut with veins in my back, not bodybuilding shredded but pretty damn lean. Before that I was actually working on bringing my deadlift and bench back up but I got hurt jumping off a porch chasing after a dog 😂. Sometimes I forget I'm 40.

I haven't really been training for anything specific but I have been doing a lot of cardio via short runs and a lot of heavy bag and sparring occasionally. I'm doing some strength training for MMA and boxers on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday so now that my back's feeling better I might rip a couple deadlifts or do a couple sets of squats or bench presses while I'm working with these guys and when I have time to get my own workouts in I've been just trying to cram a lot of volume to make up for the fact that I haven't really been following any kind of a program lately.

That's all about to change shortly because I'm pretty healed up and ready to start lifting again.

I do not know what my current Max lifts are but in the past few years I've benched 370 in the 198lb class and pulled 508 and 525 in competition.

Right now I don't know if my lower back would let me pull over 500 I pulled 405x3 and for a couple singles Thursday just to see how it felt. Strengthwise I probably could have managed 405x8. Lower back is the issue. I need more lower back, core and hip drive if I'm going to get that deadlift over 500. Or, some tren and anadrol 🤷

Are you on the shorter side? Don’t know how you would want to be 185 after being in the 200s lol. I’m kinda fucked in that department mentally, I stress out over how I look if I drop down to the low 200s but my frame doesn’t look great if I am over 230 either. I’m only 5’11”, unless you are a hot chick then I’m 6ft like my license says.

Kind of sad to say, especially given my use, but I train nowadays basically just out of having the routine of going. And honestly it’s my main socialization lately 🤦🏼‍♂️

You hit some pretty good numbers when you peak. Anadrol didn’t give me any crazy strength gains, was disappointed when I tried it.

I wish I cared enough to deadlift regularly, always my neglected lift but my strongest, been able to deadlift pretty much whatever I wanted when I decided to. And that’s only when somebody else in my gym is a strong and deadlifts haha. Always feel like an idiot being the only one pulling anything heavy, everybody looks at like you like “the ****” when you let it down. Yeah geez my bad I’ll RDL it next time to put it down
 
In for the journey…..man never seen anyone run 800 mg of Tren. You’re gonna be chasing booty left and right in between workouts. On a serious note though definitely keep up with your health markers, especially blood pressure. Definitely interested to see how this goes. And agree with Nac on Nattokinase, the Now brand on Amazon is a good one at a great price too. Oh, you have some impressive lifts.😎👍

I'm 5'9. For a while id fluctuate back and forth from 220 to 185, I was trying to play 3 very opposite games lol. I was basically doing a cycle for strength comp, then would do a cut off cycle to try to get a boxing match at 178-185. After that I'd run a cycle to get big and train like bodybuilder. All ADHD with goals. It's just how I am lol. I spent some time putting size on and staying lean and now I walk around lighter but I can't really loose much weight without riding the struggle buss. I'm eating 3500 calories a day as maintenance at 195 right now. It's a good look...... But ....... I'd like to be 20lbs bigger again 😂. Until work slows down and I can move less and eat more il run a real cycle again. I've got my GH stash on standby, going to play with a little slin and GH.

Just need to be dedicated, especially if I'm going to play with slin

Sad to say, I’ve ran higher 🤦🏼‍♂️ BP I have on lock, knock on wood, my biggest worry health wise is lungs and heart from this ****. Last weeks on I really notice it there.

Oh, I actually use NOW for a lot of my general supplements. Will go that route for the Nattok

My lifts are pretty nutty, if I wasn’t a fool when younger always look back and think I could have left a stamp in sport. Pretty confident even now I could peak in 4 months and be at least a 1850+ total @198. Also why I didn’t mention numbers on my good bench day — haven’t decided if I want to be posting pics & vids yet, and I will 100% be getting called out lol
 
I don't care what the scale says, I care what the mirror says, but for myself. I've never walked in a room and had a chick ask me how much I weigh, but I also wouldn't really care still🤷. I'm significantly bigger then the guys I work with dispite them being 20+ lbs heavier. Most ppl have very little muscle. If I'm feeling small I'll go do a workout at planet fitness and win by default lol

I keep contemplating adding hgh permanently and fucking with the slin & peptides stacked with, I just know I abuse anything I do and will end up shooting 15+ ius a day and don’t want to **** up the slin, end up a puffy mofo lol

Haha. Mirror definitely is what matters, but as soon as I am 205 or under, if I have a shirt on I approach suicidal(not quite that bad but pretty much, don’t need a hotline). Just the way my body loses those 10-20 lbs, I hate how I fill out my tees

I’m gonna be honest, it isn’t my to-go, but I have a PF membership for that reason — I feel every avid Tren user should have one for the bad days >_>

I added HGH earlier this year and I don't plan on ever running a cycle again without it. For financial reasons, I probably won't be able to "Always" use it. But 5iu/day (most days) last cycle was great. My cycle capped out at 450 test, 450 EQ and a bunch of epiandro I had kicking arouns. I say more physique changes on that cycle then any time I've used tren. Nothing was a dramatic change, it was just consistent tiny changes day by day and after about a month or so I really started noticing it.

Slin I'm very green. I've got a bunch of insulin pens I let expire because I was having issues with the dose gage on them and I don't want to die so I didn't risk it lol. Instead I had a bunch of IGF DES and LR3 kicking around and while I don't think there going to be crazy muscle builders, I was using them with meals like insulin. The lr3 with a high carb breakfast and des post workout. Only was doing this on the days I didn't take hgh. Il be grabbing some long and short slin with the next big bulk. But, idk when that will be. I may run something short for September to November and then cruise till February and start a big one

Id like to have enough GH to run my whole blast and then back down to a unit or 2 on cruise.

The only peptides I normally would use are bpc and TB 500. If your on HGH the other GH peptides don't matter.

I don't use the glp-1 agonist peptides, I'm not against Reta but I don't think it's necessary for me.

And outside of that I'm really liking SLU -pp-332

SLU + GH will probably be in all my future cycles

No one. Didn’t train for years, got fat and weak. Started again a year ago, starting to look like human being and 600lbs pull is getting close again…

The only peptides I normally would use are bpc and TB 500. If your on HGH the other GH peptides don't matter.

I don't use the glp-1 agonist peptides, I'm not against Reta but I don't think it's necessary for me.

And outside of that I'm really liking SLU -pp-332

SLU + GH will probably be in all my future cycles

Sleep is definitely screwy already, feeling strong & more gym aggression(I want to lift heavy sh**t) — but not necessarily noticeably stronger yet. Upping calories already because my weight is averaging 2lbs lower.

Never had acid reflux from this **** before, read somewhere people get it from this a little while ago, and low & behold, I am getting acid reflux 😂

I got my first ever acid reflux some time ago when I was on m-sten. Never had it before and it was gone a week or two after finishing with m-sten.

I will see this though, anytime I've ever eaten a real bro diet. Like nothing but chicken rice broccoli and baby carrots, maybe occasionally a piece of beef. When I eat like that I get no heartburn or acid reflux.

Oddly enough when I do the stupid sugar fasting stuff I don't get any acid reflux either.

But everything I love in life gives me acid reflux or heartburn. Spicy food, pasta sauce, I don't drink anymore but Red wine and booze in general, most fruit, and my beloved Pop-Tarts 😭

I literally live off Chicken Breast, Asparagus(with a little butter and parm won’t lie), rice and potatoes lol
All I drink is water and milk occasionally. Me feeling crazy is a ribeye or a bagel 😂 Not sure if it’s me or the **** I’ve abused, but there’s no enjoyment in food for me lol. Whether it’s junk or just changing it up. Blessing & a curse

Long week this week.

Past two workouts I’ve finally felt like I’m “on”. Strength is coming. Chest day for example this morning expected to finally get knocked back to 5x5 in my progressive overload but had a smooth 3x8 on bench vs my previous workout’s 8,7,5(same weight both days)

Weight is sitting a steady 215-217 in am, body fat down a smidgen(noticing most in lower abs), but I am feeling surprisingly flat. Going to up my carbs come Monday — or try to at least.

Side gym note: Landed a gym crush Sunday, cool and all. Tuesday some random new(to me at least) chick appeared, total bombshell. Was like definitely maybe into me, and then my original “gym crush” appears and basically pees on me. Eye contact with new bombshell has ceased completely since. Kill me.

I'm too old for that ****, I had a early 20's girl eyeballing me the other day and I now had to make sure I don't look at her because she was probably 4-5 years older then my daughter and it creeps me out. I'm 40 but I look 30 and I still dress and act like when I was 20 lol. I never know if I'm getting checked out or being set up as a creepy old guy

Try Prilosec (omeprazole). I take 12.5mg daily and have zero reflux. Without it, my esophagus and inner ears would burn all day long. I know you're not supposed to break the coated tablets, but I do anyway. Hasn't caused any problems I'm aware of yet and I have been taking this for several years. Give it a day or two to take effect. You're taking the pill "for tomorrow's relief". For instant relief, use Tums. You won't need Tums ever after the omeprazole takes effect.

I honestly hate your cycle, but im not a hater, do you homie. Id imagine that you're going to have a really hard time eating enough food to grow a lot so I'd expect to see a ridiculous recomp as the goal? Tren + SD is a great combo, just not great for your health. I was looking pretty great on 150 tren or 30 SD. I feel hypo sometimes when combining them. With the doses your running, and like I mentioned before I imagine it's going to be hard to eat big so I'd pay attention to that.


Id keep a eye on Blood pressure, Blood sugar and I'd be really interested to see what blood work looks like after 8 weeks of tren and SD. I don't get bad bloods from most things, I'm pretty resilient. But this is a hell of a cycle!

Update wise, I'd be very interested in strength gains. Id bet in like 3 weeks you will be all filled up and stronger then ever.

Curious what your gonna need for estrogen/prolactin control. I'd be lactating out some B cups.


I like the double sessions, when I have the time I try to get two a days in myself and if I could program every day like that I would. Mainly just cuz I like to work out but if you're on that much gear and you can shovel the food down you can work out as much as you want lol

Ratios are person dependent. Anyone who tells you they know the right ratio for you is nuts and there's really no way to compare it. People who are sensitive to estrogen side effects typically run lower test than people who are not sensitive to estrogen who usually run higher test.

How many calories I need would greatly vary from what you need. I eat 3300-3500 cal just to maintain my bodyweight, on a bulk i normally go 200-300 cal surplus, with tren or SD I get a little bigger of a surplus, mostly from carbs.

Right now I'm bulking on a pretty basic stack, mostly test, a little eq and NPP, I'm eating 4000cal+ right now. Most ppl would get fat eating like me, but also, most ppl don't eat enough to grow and blame there cycles.

Everything is personal to you, your daily calorie burn, your training and cardio intensity and the current condition your in. A jacked guy with a 6 pack can go into a much larger surplus than a guy with more fat and less muscle. Insulin sensitivity is a big part of that

Oh okay, that makes more sense.

I only ask about the calories for comparison, I am easily capable of eating and digesting 6000+kcal daily, but how much more you should eat so as not to hinder your potential gains. I tend to binge eat 1500-2000kcal per meal on a 3x schedule. I have a genetically inherited mutation that causes hypoglycemia due to an excessive insulin response to starches/carbs/sugars, my blood sugar falls off a cliff after a few hours which is why I eat so much.

What is the purpose of stacking AAS with test that have a lower AR binding affinity? like eq and NPP for example.
