We went to Costco the other night for multiple hot dogs for a cheat. Have not had a hot dog in like a year. We got our hot dogs and then they had ZERO condiments. What a total cheat let down lol. After some internal tears, we took them home (5 minutes) and did them up better than Costco. The ups and down of cheats.

Maybe this is just me, but there have been several times I thought I was going to cheat on my diet, take a bite realize the taste it isn't worth messing up the diet and spit it in the trash. Am I alone in this?
LOL yes, it's been a while, but I have. its worse when my co-worker who is a very nice and simple Mexican immigrant brings me in homemade salsa with tortillas or his moms tamales to share with me because it's cultural and he feels like he needs to and I'm like.... dude can I possibly try this manana? I'm fasting today....

Today I got gas at the am/pm and went in thinking maybe just one cheap cheeseburger wouldn't hurt. they only had taquitos which saved my ass cause it made it a lot easier to go back to the office and eat my fruit lol

#instragammodel NOW

Pretty accurate.
I know a lot of women who have used those weight loss drugs, and most have lost a lot of weight.
I know a guy who is starting it now.
He "just happens to be" one of the laziest people I've ever met.

He's also not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

He continually talks about how he's eating low fat. ... And can't understand how he's still Fat.

I've tried to explain on a couple of different occasions... That's not how that works.

His mind just can't get past his fat = fat connection.

LOL.

Oh well..... You can lead a Fat, Lazy horse to .... Well .... Whatever the rest of that would be.

Honestly.... He's kinda a poor excuse for a human being... And sometimes he wears on me.

:)

I have growing concerns about the ozempic movement tbh

nothing is known for sure, but I definitely have some hesitations.

From what I am observing, the folks that use ozempic end up looking like skeletons with skin. It seems to cause one to eat their muscle and probably their tendon and cartilage etc.... and who knows what else at a much higher rate than any other weight loss method I have ever seen. They are left with an absolutely crushed metabolism and a much lower calorie requirement - setting them up to gain way more than they lost in the first place.

As someone who was obese as a child and lost allot of weight allot of times only to gain back more each time, this is terrifying for world health in general. btw, at my peak of somewhere over 400lbs and a 56" waist at 26yrs old, I lost 230lbs slowly over 4 years and was left with only a little bit of skin at the front of my 31" waist. Someone finally explained to me why I had failed and told me that I needed to lose weight slowly so I lose as little muscle as possible and that muscle burns calories! Thus I began to lift knowing that muscle is what I lost allot of in earlier years in order that I could eat and not get fat! Any other way fails from my experience.

A few of the ladies I know, are looking pretty good (I realize that doesn't mean they are healthy).

LOL ..... One in particular.... A dear friend... A couple of weeks ago, she had her back to me, doing some things, and I was admiring how good she looked (not in a "bad" way) ....
And she turned around, and looked right into my face...
... For a second, she had a really confused looked on her face ...
Then she just acted like it never happened.

Oops.

That said ..... She looks Fantastic.

🙂

A major annoyance from my life; Keurig just stops and shuts off a few seconds into making a brew on strong setting.

I worked my ass off cleaning this thing, descaling…unplugged it. That fixed it one time and today it didn’t work.

Anyone have this issue? It’s about 2.5 years old and I’m thinking pump is dead…

Are there any labor keurig sales ?

You can get a name brand for $100, or a mini (single serve) for $50 - $60, or an off brand single for $40.

Friendly reminder that you can also just get a Mr. Coffee drip brewer for $20 there, and a half pot of cheap coffee doesn’t even cost as much as many pods, and will be higher quality coffee done to the strength you prefer in 15 minutes.
