Best supplement for an ex-smoker?

Already taking NAC and many more supps. Full list below

I'm a little worried about my heart health. Especially my arteries. Don't have an x-ray or anything but 10 years on-off smoking with some weed here and there surely did some damage. Also the huge amounts of saturated fats the last 2 years. I ate 3 pizzas in one go like once every 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes twice a week. Most of the time 10 eggs a day and sometimes 400g gouda with 200g cottage cheese on bread over a day

Never pizza, eggs and the cheese breads on the same day. Only one of those with the rest of my diet

I have my eyes on SNS Blood Pressure Support, SNS Cardiovascular Support and SNS Cholesterol Support but I can't decide. Can't afford multible months worth of 2 or more

I'd take Cardiovascular Support out of those 3, and drop the solo D3 and K2.

Have you gotten lab work? I would get that first and direct your supplement budget towards the biggest problem to solve first.

How is your blood pressure?
How is your cholesterol?

Some of the supplements that you listed out have some good cardiovascular support benefits.

If no specific blood pressure or cholesterol issues, if picking between Cardiovascular Support XT, Blood Pressure Support XT, and Cholesterol Support XT, then I would go with Cardiovascular Support XT.

Another option would be full dose Cardiovascular Support XT and a half dose of Blood Pressure Support XT &/or Cholesterol Support XT.

I would go with Cardiovascular Support XT
Staple for me! Would definitely recommend adding it full does as a daily supplement for overall heart health.

Thanks everyone! I'll get blood work next month (no funds for that rn) and decide depending on the results

Thanks for all the suggestions!

My blood pressure is great, that's all I have. Tested myself and a few months back when I was at the doc

Crestor… nothing is more effective for the cost… particular for history of smoking
This, 100%. Even a low-dose of Rosuvastatin will have meaningful positive impacts on your lipids such as LDL and ApoB.
Also, keeping your nitric oxide levels up helps relax the arteries and promoted proper endothelial function. Products such as L-Citrulline and Inositol-stabilized arginine will help keep your arteries wide open.
