I would wager ive used more lgd then anyone else here. Ive inject up to 60mg a day and oral up to 60mg a day. Ive done 80mg a day of the 2 combined. Doses ive used as low as 10mg too. I find anything less then 20 pointless for myself so i usually reccomend 20 as a starting point for men. When I say these doses people act like it's crazy but they think that way because they have no clue how these things work we know on a milligram versus milligram basis they are weaker than your traditional orals, on par with var or tbol at best. Well, what would happen if you took 10-20mg of anadrol per day, the answer is close to nothing unless You've never used anything before in your life or you're a female. So why would we expect lodocious of sarms to provide something worthwhile unless were new to anabolics or genetic high responders to gear And if you are a high responder to gear you'll look like a body builder or at least jacked after a cycle or 2, most of us need a few years of cycling to look like that And there's people who are on steroids for years who never even look like they work out.
So with all that said, And I apologize for getting so far off-topic, I don't notice much water attention from LGD although some people do. But it wouldn't be enough to wash out my abs unless my abs were barely showing to begin with and I'm gonna guess that clen and T3 are responsible. Theres a stage when cutting where your in this small flat looking stage and you gotta fight through it to really get ripped, then you fill back out and look great. If im around 12-15% and cutting its usually here that it happns. I gotta get down a little bit leaner or fill back out but when I'm in between I look small and flat and it's just part of the game so you may also be in that stage.
