EvoMuse Presents: Slintensity 2023

I didn't fully understand the TGR5 activation segment. Would having fat in the post-workout meal make for better gains? Or does having a TGR5 activator in the product instead mean that fat in a post-workout meal can be better dealt with versus not having one?

Did this ever get clarified or answered?

Sorry.

If there is ever any question about how the body responds, take yourself out of modern society and pop yourself into the jungle...but then add in what we've learned scientifically.

Consuming fat post workout (after a successful kill) is inevitable as we gorge on meat. The body has evolved, therefore, kind of a fat consuming sensor that would then trigger muscle protein synthesis (recovery from the hunt) beyond just protein sensing.

However, from what we have learned about the insane anabolic properties of Insulin, and the potential for fat consumption to interfere with that insulin spike, it's advantageous to trigger the fat consumption signal without as much fat.

TGR5 receptors react to primary and secondary bile acids, which are normally released in response to fat intake. So, with Slintensity, we can optimize carb and protein intake after workout with a bit lower fat to maximize recovery and anabolism.

When I was dieting I was enjoying cold cereal with Slintensity for my refeed meals. For lean bulking purposes do you think that the higher insulin surge of cereal would be preferable to slower burning carbs from oatmeal + a dash of maple syrup? I'm a little concerned about metabolic damage from the higher sugar contained in most breakfast cereals but it's certainly being doing a very good job satisfying my sweet tooth.

I would recommend a hard insulin spike with full Slintensity dosage post workout.

Sorry if this has already been answered, would there be any benefit to taking Slintensity pre-workout with carbs and protein? Mostly for mTor and pumps.

You would get some benefit, but probably not significantly more than post workout. Enhanced TGR5 expression seems to happen mostly after workout.

Ok, thanks.

Would you ever think of coming out with something more geared towards pre-workout to enhance pumps with carbs? And speaking of carbs, I miss GlycoMyx.

I have a ton in the pipeline.
