I haven't pinned anything since I said I'm gonna back off. I'm thinking 2 weeks and then just pop 1cc each of test and mast every sunday for convenience. I've noticed lately I can do 1 pin a week as long as its not a bunch of test 1x week. 250/200 every sunday will be fine. I'm gonna increase cardio too, I also promised my girl I would take her to do a lower body workout 2x week so il be adding in 2 light leg days. So idk how I'm going to restructure my training but I'm gonna be in the gym a LOT!
